The hotel is very clean, the staff very friendly and hardworking, the Mexican food is excellent, the other foods are not as good as the Mexican, the shows were great, we enjoy our time.
It is a hotel with outdated facilities, for example, they do not have an ATM and it is difficult to have cash, they use a key instead of a card. Is an observation, maybe in the future they can updated, but is not a big deal, we love it

Although the property is simple it is clean and the staff are the real jewels here. They are amazing people, friendly, helpful and are all are very good at their responsibilities. Do not come here if you do not want to try speaking Spanish, or if you want some slick high end experience. But If you want to see families having fun together and experience happy people all around you, then come. The food is not great but the bartenders are amazing. We tried to tip as many people as possible, but if I could give them ALL a raise in pay, I would! Thank you Fabiola, Eduardo, Felix, Yavir, Jesus, Brenda and everyone else! we had a lovely time and my husband was a short walk from a great surf break. oxxo

Overall great experience at the hotel. The food was surprisingly good, the drinks were ok, the activities and the staff were GREAT. We had a great time, I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. Keep in mind you get what you pay for.

The staff are wonderful. We like the smaller, resorts. You never have to fight for chairs at the beach or pool. We were treated like royalty. This was our third time at this resort and it never disappoints. The beaches are great and you can walk for ever. The water is swimmable. Would return in a heart beat.

My husband and i stayed at the Qualton 11/17-11/25.
We had a lovely room, with ocean view. The staff were all very friendly, the meals wetr tasy, there were lots of activitirs for those who wanted to participate, games in the pool, volleyball court, basketball, adult only pool. Right on the beach, which had many water sport options and parasailing! We highly recommend this place, we were the only guests from the U.S., it had a smaller, more personal feeling. No high rise buildings on the property, we had no difficulties navigating and enjoying our stay.

We were here several ago befor Covid this was an awesome destination. The nearby amenities were plentiful. The Via Linda Restaurant selection was the best. This trip the restaurant selection for for each meal was less than desirable, sometimes terrible to eat.

Incredibly friendly staff, good food, and a lot to do for quite a small resort. We stayed here for two weeks and had an awesome time (and at such a great price)! Housekeeping was phenomenal and very attentive. Our only complaint was the advertisement of free wifi - it is very unreliable and was completely nonexistent in our suite.

Resumimos el viaje en increíble,
Desde la llegada todo fue excelente, el trato del personal, desde la recepción hasta la salida, el hotel que más bien diría que efectivamente si es un club de playa, siempre tiene actividades familiares, empiezas con una buena cena, hay un show para toda la familia, de allí te vas a la disco familiar y todo sigue siendo increíble, la habitación en muy buen estado, el aire acondicionado en perfectas condiciones, la regadera, la limpieza y todo lo que uno considere está muy bien.
La amabilidad del personal es extraordinaria y algo que destacar es que en la barra libre puedes llevar tu vaso, o termo, o con lo que quieras tomar para no ir a cada rato a la barra y sin pero te dan tu bebida allí, cosa que en mucho hoteles de barra libre solo te dan el vasito gelatinero que te tienes que formar varias veces…
Nos tocó despedir el año y recibir el año nuevo en el hotel y tengo que decir que fue increíble, la cena, las uvas, el show y la pirotecnia para recibir el año fue inigualable.
El personal muy atento y servicial, y tengo que mencionar que entre ellos a la mesera Laura, Ivonne, el mesero Hilario, que te atendían rápido, con la mejor actitud.
Gracias y en verdad que regresaremos pronto.
