湖景房太舒服了，床是2.4米的，可以睡一家四口，房間直接看到景區

配圖是湖景房視野,整體還可以，房間空間有點小哈（相對這個價格）。服務整體不錯，住宿送免費的果盤零食。
樓下餐廳有本地美食，酒店對面一條街都是餐廳和小吃。

收費這麼貴，連個無線網都搞不好，還有早餐這種水平，衹配普通酒店。我們訂的房接近3000，所以覺得性價比不高

作為**酒店，停車場明明有空位，卻不讓停，還要開回到入口處，停在D酒店邊上，然後還要自己走到酒店，那我定你這個酒店幹嘛？吃的也就一般般。向前台反映情況，也是敷衍，説會給領導説的、到了晚上去問前台關於小東江看霧，簡直胡説八道説景區早上六點開門，後來打了景區電話被告知，現在基本看不到霧氣，所以按慣例早上八點半開門。你作為一個旅遊景區的前台，這些難道不應該是常識？記得前年在青海自駕，人家和景區都有微信羣，前台能給出前方實時情況，這服務意識不是一般的好。

酒店環境在當地是最好的，不過一千塊很不值
讓我來吐槽的點是：此時此刻，這是半夜啊
太吵了，實在是太吵了，對面飯店的女顧客半夜尖叫吵鬧的聲音把我孩子嚇醒幾次！！！隔音太差了，像睡在馬路邊上！！我一個睡眠很深的人，都受不了

位置整體還不錯，環境設施很一般，公區都是普
通地磚，整體感覺與酒店售價不符。唯一的亮點
是臨湖及臨湖的無邊界小泳池。
入住當天拿着比較多的行李，無服務生協助拿還
不説，保安大哥生硬的服務態度讓人很不舒服，
檢查完行程碼健康碼及體温正常後，關鍵訊息登
記完還硬拉着必須寫完每一個空，看着滿手沉重
的行李也不會幫着搭把手
第二天一早起床跑步想帶瓶水，到前台想拿瓶
水，前台服務生告知衹能送到房間，硬是沒拿到
水。早餐進入餐廳，所有桌子都是吃完沒有收拾
的餐具，要就餐的基本都是自行收拾半張餐桌才
能入坐。
晚上回來老婆早上用完的洗面奶放洗池邊上不見
了，沒法洗臉卸粧，打電話給前台，前台就告訴
我們酒店服務員是多年老員工，不會動客人東
西，就沒有下文了。最後實在是氣不過跟值班經
理理論了一番，才弄了一個試用裝的洗面奶給我
們解燃眉之急
真心不知這個華美達酒店是如何做服務的{

升級到湖景泡池套房，床上就以睇到日出或者浸在水池內睇日出都可以，酒店內飲食價格不算貴價，是理想放鬆心情度假好地方。
