房間乾淨衞生，房型是個小套房，我沒問前台是否給我升級了，我訂的是一個高級大床，但房型就是典型的小套房，落地窗可以看見西邊的山，視線和風景都不錯，晚上還有贈送蘋果和酸奶。爆贊👍🏻

吹風機是壞的，地漏不下水，洗澡水忽冷忽熱，沐浴液是半瓶剩下的...跟前台服務員反應，每提出一個問題她都説你應該打電話找服務員，請問你是酒店的一份子嗎？前台小姐姐還問我吹風機有好幾個擋你是不知道吧，還説沐浴液剩下不到半瓶我們是不給換的，下一波客人接着用…

真是一個不愉快的夜晚，到達酒店門口突然接到電話説我們訂的房間沒有了，簡直不可思議，已經都訂好的會沒有了？然後讓我們自己加錢升級成套房，這不是在變相漲價麼？真是不愉快的一晚，空調也不好用，屋裡真冷！還好最後攜程幫忙解決了。

入住前打電話要求高樓層的房間。結果到店後根本就沒有保留。説是當天入住較滿，沒法安排了。原先房間內都有送水果的，當然也就沒有了。無語！

2月9日除夕，選擇在鄒平漢卓酒店過年，特意選擇了套間，3家人想一起看電視春晚，但是線路壞了，修不好，此時已經晚21:30了，我問他們怎麼解決，告訴我衹能換房間，但是我們已經安排家人們住一層了，而且這個時間要上下樓來會折騰，而且換的那個房間沒有該有的配置，我覺得酒店沒有認真對待我們，即便是除夕，用酒店沒人為藉口，我想説過年不是你們降低服務質量的藉口，我對山東的印象一下降低。希望好好改善。
