Swiss Star Wiedikon - Self Check-IN

Wiedikon
The location is very good, it is close to the city center, and there is a public tram stop nearby. But we are self-driving tours. There is no paid large public parking lot. The so-called parking lots shown on the mobile phone map are private or supermarkets. In short, he will not give you parking as soon as the supermarket closes. Payment is not paid or paid. But there is also a way to find the white ground line meter . on the street can be parked for free until 9 am, and then continue for two hours . In short, if you drive over, don't look like we stormed looking for a public parking lot in this area, you can't find it, put it on the street. There is no picky place to live. There is also a cute small terrace that is to study how to open the iron curtains for a while. It turned out that the switch was on the back of a wooden frame, not on the window. The cleanliness is high, the space is large, the cabinet is very beautiful, and it is also equipped with a dishwasher, which is very convenient. This is our dinner. Everything is good. If you want to be picky, the two cooking pots are not very useful. I hope to finish these small things. It will be perfect. Next time I come to Zurich, I will live in this room, because the check-in is simple, he will give you a password and press the password key at the door and fall off, and there is a lock at the gate, the whole seat is safer, there is also an elevator Don't worry about luggage . But on the last day, I have to leave and open this apartment and move to the hotel, because he has no luggage storage

this review is very late in coming but I was looking at photos on my phone of when my husband and I traveled here last year and I felt compelled to write. First off , this trip was for our 30th anniversary and from beginning to end the hotel could not have treated with more kindness and unbeleiveable service. They had our room festooned with hearts and happy anniversary spelled out in roses. it was so sweet and very meaningful. Anyway that was just the beginning i can't begin to tell you how restorative the spa was with its roman like baths and moody lighting, we took our time in there and then went to the rooftop pool and luxuriating while the sun set. it was nothing short of perfection . The breakfast the next morning was unreal, a long buffet of the absolute more gourmet offerings displayed in such an attractive way all the while we enjoyed the super cool library and the ambience of that. The whole experience was sublime and I truly can't wait to go back to this fabulous place. Keep it up B2 you are a rock star among hotels !!!!

This hotel is located in the western suburbs of Zurich, in a quiet residential area. Quiet that is during the night. In daytime, there are three busy construction sites around the hotel with one at the time of this writing being in the process of demolition. To be fair, in the cold season with the window closed it was hardly a problem. The floor-to-ceiling window takes up one whole wall of the room opening on a large terrace (my room was on the top floor). Should be great for enjoying balmy Zurich midsummer nights but hardly an asset in late fall (except for smokers). The glass door opening onto the terrace is big, does not tip and is not suited for room airing. I found the bed to be on a poor side, narrow and with a mattress that kept sliding off its box base. The pillow, on the other hand, was as good at gets, definitely an asset. The bedside light was not suited for reading in bed. Thumbs up for a secure internet. Shower room was basically fine but the shower cubicle a bit tight in the waist for me and the washbasin had an XS size. The wardrobe is awkwardly divided in such a way that the longer section turned out too short for hanging up an overcoat. A small worktable is set in a niche with the user blocking both daylight and the light from the ceiling lamp. There is no source of light in the niche proper. As this is an apartment hotel, there is a kitchenette with a small fridge, two hot plates and a microwave. For the use of cutlery, plates and pots there is a daily charge that adds up to about 25% of the room rate. The rate I got was all right, but just about, so no home-cooked spaghetti for me. The microwave though proved to be just great for heating ready meals obtained from the supermarket down the road. All in all, seems like a fair deal.

how to say! Don't expect anything at this price, then everything is good. Location is quiet, walk to the station for a few minutes, the room is very small, only suitable for one person, originally this room is only suitable for one person, 1.5 bed, a pillow, no toothbrush, can be a good place for breakfast, there is There is a full range of salmon and fruits. There are several choices of yogurt. It is a very small but very selected type. I am very satisfied! If the price is the same, I will not necessarily choose here next time.

Great central location in Area called ENGE opposite station, trams and near supermarkets and restaurants. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need incl dishwasher KETTLE, TOASTER and fridge and microwave and hob. VERY clean everywhere. Reception, Bar, cleaning and kitchen staff all friendly and helpful but the blonde man who sits in the dining room to register you for breakfast every morning was glum, unwelcoming, lazy and unfriendly. He sat there doing nothing when he should have been replenishing the jams and bread etc. Breakfast is same daily;- (lovely fresh bread), hard boiled cold egg, croissants, Bircher Muesli and 1/2 cereals plus whole apple or orange and drinks. Our appartment studio room was good value £700 for 5 nights 1st to 6th Feb 2024 but was very cramped. A fat person could not get into the bed as the side access was too small as was bedside cupboard. Not enough wardrobe space to hang clothes or floor space to move comfortably. The bar and restaurant were closed on Sunday evening. Duvet too hot for room.
