フロントやロビーが無いため、電話をしない限り鍵が受け取れない為、外に締め出し状態になります。
そしてとても不潔です。４泊しましたが、掃除はゼロ。ベッドに巨大なダニが何匹かいて（恐らく床ダニもいる）全身刺されてしまい、アレルギーを起こして今もなお症状に苦しんでいる状態です。
アメニティはほぼ無く、タオルも臭くて使えませんでした。給湯器は頼んだら持ってきてくれました。
恐らくホテルの支配人ですが、とても親切なのと、トラムの駅のすぐ近くなのが良いところです。

Estive neste hotel com um amigo e 2 familias ucranianas que fomos buscar à Polónia. A simplicidade e simpatia do proprietário foram inesquecíveis, ao ponto de, ao saber o motivo da nossa presença, se disponibilizou para abrir o restaurante e ele confecioniu uma refeição para nos oferecer a todos. Hotel simples mas muito limpo e em local sossegado. Bem haja Sr. Osman!
