The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. The Dongxi Alley pedestrian street is right downstairs, and at night, you can open your window to enjoy the illuminated views of Dongxi Alley. It's a mere 2-minute walk to Jingjiang Prince City, and Zheng Yang Street is just across the road. You can reach the Two Rivers and Four Lakes, Xiaoyao Tower, and Elephant Trunk Hill within 5 to 20 minutes, and Diecai Mountain isn't far either. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. If you're visiting Guilin, I highly recommend staying here.

This is the second time staying at this hotel and it continues to be my favorite stop when visiting Guilin before taking the Li River cruise. It’s an easy walk from the Guilin railway station and near the beautiful pagodas that I love seeing at night. The staff are very welcoming and happy to answer any questions. I appreciate how spacious the rooms are. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a beautiful stay at Secret Courtyard Resort Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, well equipped with everything we needed - fresh water and towels everyday, option to chose between Chinese and Western breakfast and delicious fruits. Xiaoming was so nice to give us the e-bikes to drive around Guilin for free and we enjoyed using them a lot! If we had any questions about the area or needed a ticket for the li yang river cruise he immediately took care of it for us. We had also had a pickup from the train station so we didn’t need to find the way to the resort on our own. It was a wonderful stay. Thanks so much from the young German man, who looks like an old German man and his girlfriend ☀️

The room was quite spacious and had a balcony with a glimpse of the Li River, which was a pleasant surprise. The room facilities were well-planned and functional. The inn's decor was stylish, with a Chinese aesthetic that made every photo-op Instagram-worthy – perfect for ladies in traditional outfits. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and spoke excellent English, which explains the high number of foreign guests and the great atmosphere. Their ground-floor restaurant has been on the 'must-eat' list for several years running and is very famous and popular locally, with long queues every day – definitely give it a try. Hotel guests get a 10% discount, and remember to ask the front desk to arrange a table for you to skip the queue, otherwise, you'll be waiting forever.

Our stay was amazing! The room was spacious, clean and lovely. We had a gorgeous view of mountains from a panoramic window ⛰️ there is everything you need in the room. The food is delicious 🍱 and the breakfast is included! The owner was extremely sweet and helpful! It was our first stay in China and the experience was delightful ❤️ she gave us really good recommendations, helped with any booking we needed and even escorted to the singing cave herself. She literally did everything she could for us ❤️ Also, location is super convenient if you want to go to the singing cave (must see! It’s magical) . It’s about 7 minutes walk! The city centre is 20 minutes away by car 🚘

The room was very clean and had a cozy, natural wood aesthetic. Toiletries were well-stocked, and the shower had great water pressure and a comfortable temperature. After showering, my baby and I snuggled on the sofa to watch TV. When we got sleepy, we just crashed and had a wonderful night's sleep. The bedding was incredibly comfortable too. In the morning, after breakfast with the baby, we went to the rooftop to take photos with the 'Sky Mirror' – it turned out great! There's also a kids' play area, laundry, and a lounge on the first floor. The price was fantastic, and overall, I'm very satisfied.

Me and my wife stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful accomodation. The room was very tidy and has everything you need. We didn't use the bathtub but it is a nice feature. The beds are comfortable and the nights were quiet. It was not high season so I am not sure how it would be if all rooms were booked. Sometimes in the morning we heard some noise from the hallway but it did not bother us. The Inn is located out of the city at the edge of a small town. I really liked it as you can go everywhere very easily with the e-scooters that you can rent with the Inn. Driving around Yangshuo was very convenient, with beautiful scenery everywhere. We also enjoyed the breakfast a lot! They serve a nice light soup with Guilin rice noodles. Also there is more vegetables, dumplings and some cake you can choose from. We also had lunch and dinner multiple times which was all very delicious! Don't skip it! Also they have a nice frontyard where you can enjoy your meals or drinks from the bar. Above all, the staff is incredibly kind and even though there is a language barrier, they put lots of effort in helping us. They helped us booking our activities and providing us with all the information to make sure we would enjoy our stay to the fullest. Xueying helped me practice some Chinese while I helped our with her English. She is extremely kind, so don't hesitate to come and book this accomodation as I am sure you'll have a great stay! This was my first stop on my trip, and I'm quite particular about accommodation. After much comparison, I chose this place based on reviews highlighting the 'very welcoming hostess' and 'the beautiful garden full of flowers.' And indeed, it lived up to expectations when I arrived. The hostess was incredibly warm and friendly; she not only gave me tips on how to explore the area but also offered me fruit to eat. Our conversations felt like talking to family, always with a smile, making me feel completely comfortable. The accommodation details were also spot-on: the room even provided disposable toilet seat covers, so I didn't need the ones I'd brought myself. Clean, charming, and excellent!

Close to the station. Amazing English across all 4 staff we spoke to. Breakfast can be preordained at reception. Little bit scary small lift. Great noodle shop next door- good value, tasty, cheap. Recommend get up early and go to see sun and moon pagodas, Toowoomba busy at night. Very happy with stay

You must come and see the terraced fields surrounded by mountains in your lifetime. Fortunately, this hotel is definitely the best choice for Ping'an Village. The boss and his wife are beautiful and kind. The village is very primitive, so the living environment is even more chaotic. It really feels like the village in the movie. We are a couple, an old man, and two children. We have very high requirements for living environment, hygiene and safety. The biggest advantage of the hotel is the location. You can sit in the room in the morning to watch the sea of ​​​​clouds. There are hundreds of acres of terraced fields at your feet. The scenery is first-class, and you can sit there for a whole day without going out. It's not far to the best viewing platform. It's also convenient to the parking lot. The boss's private dishes are also worth trying. Chicken soup, fish, and white rice are all special and delicious, and the price is very reasonable. The room is decorated in a tree house style, and every piece of wood is very sincere, not a commercial product in bulk. Thank you, our family will come again, leaving us with good memories.
