Excellent service and a very clean, spacious room with comfortable bedding. The location is fantastic, right at the entrance of the ancient city. Popular spots like the century-old teahouse, Id Kah Mosque, Rainbow Alley, Buidai Alley, 'Grandpa's Grandpa's Father's Nang' (a famous naan shop), and Oil Painting Street are all just a stone's throw from Guilai Inn. There are plenty of local eateries downstairs, making dining very convenient. The owner is very welcoming, and the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. The night views are beautiful and captivating. Plus, there are bus stops nearby for easy access to the airport and train station. It was a pleasant trip and I highly recommend it; you definitely won't regret staying at this inn.

We booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

The hygiene is excellent, and the owner is very warm and friendly. This is my second time visiting Yining, and the people here are genuinely wonderful. The hotel has a washing machine for laundry, and the staff even provided laundry detergent and hangers. The location is easy to find, right at the intersection of the main road in Liuxing Street.

The ambiance is wonderful. From the moment I enter the courtyard, it feels like I'm back in my grandparents' childhood home. The hotel's decor is very local. The service was excellent, and most requests were quickly addressed. I was worried the pictures might differ from the actual experience, but there wasn't at all! It was a truly wonderful stay.

A group of us went to Nalati and found this hotel. It was really nice. As soon as we entered the yard, we felt it was clean and tidy. There were flowers and vegetables grown by the owner himself. The room was also very bright and very clean. In the afternoon, the owner personally prepared afternoon tea for us. In the evening, we were hungry and ordered a few dishes of his stir-fried dishes. The taste was also very good and authentic. Overall, I felt that it was good value for money. I strongly recommend this restaurant. Next time I come with friends, I will stay here again 😁😁😁

I stayed at this guesthouse for the entire 10-day trip to Kashgar, and the experience was absolutely fantastic – it was exactly what I dreamed of! Located right in Kashgar Old City, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the city, and the price is great. It's perfect for couples, groups of friends, or solo travelers. The room style was absolutely amazing, especially the Fig Tree Canopy Tea Villa room, which exudes a rich French romantic atmosphere. Every photo you take here is a masterpiece, and I felt completely soothed every day. The biggest surprise was the owners – they were incredibly nice, sincere, and welcoming. The owner's cooking was also super delicious, making me feel so warm and cared for. Throughout my stay, the service, environment, and comfort were impeccable. The rooms were comfortable, with attention to detail, and the overall atmosphere was chill and relaxing – truly a hidden gem for any Kashgar traveler. If you're visiting Kashgar, go for this guesthouse – you won't be disappointed! (By the way, it's also a filming location for the movie ”Kashgar Love Song”!)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended! Choosing this place in Kashgar Old City was definitely the right decision! The guesthouse is located right in the Jiulongquan scenic area on Tuman Road, so you can step right out and explore the Old City. The location is absolutely superb, making it incredibly convenient to walk to all the various alleys and attractions. I booked a twin room, and the space was very comfortable. The mattresses were soft and great for sleeping, and the linens were clean and gentle on the skin. After a whole day of exploring the Old City, lying down here was instantly relaxing. The cleanliness was impeccable; there wasn't a speck of dust even in the corners. The amenities and services are very thoughtful. They offer a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and a parking lot, so coming by car was completely stress-free. The decor, with its Western Regions' charm, creates an amazing atmosphere and is super photogenic – it perfectly captures the unique beauty Kashgar should have. The owner and staff are gentle, patient, and very helpful. Any questions I had were answered promptly, making for a perfect experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and overall, it offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose Zhizhen·Yuxinju again next time I visit Kashgar. For anyone planning a trip to Kashgar, don't hesitate to book this place!

I am confused how they got so many good reviews after staying here. First, they said offer they tickets to get into Grape Valley and it ended up no tickets are needed. Second, we went out for dinner, restaurants on the right side of the hotel, as the hotel suggested, are 3X more expensive than the normal price. Third, a worker at our hotel offered to drive us to a restaurant but we declined. Later, we found out that he was trying to take us to an overpriced restaurant with no customers. I guess he was looking for a commission from that restaurant. Fourth, we asked one lady in the touristy area, how far is the night market and she said 25 km, we checked on line it was only 7 km away. Even though the room itself was fine, I would advise against staying here or in Grape Valley altogether. Although a visit here for 1 or 2 hours is fine.

The lobby is very clean and the location is excellent. To the left, about 200 meters away, is the 500-Li Style Street. To the right, within 100 meters, you'll find a farmers market and a stadium. For sunset views, Camel Peak Mountain is just 600 meters away. The room itself was very clean and had a large dragon blood tree! I had a very comfortable stay. Altay is perfect for a summer escape!

This was a lovely accommodation located a 10min drive away from the Nalati Scenic Area. The hosts were extremely hospitable and took great care of us during our stay. They offered to send us to and from the scenic area for free and made exploring Nalati so much more convenient. They also went out of their way to cook dinner for us and arrange transportation to our next destination for us, which was a great help! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a little garden right outside. There was also a nice river about a 5 min walk from the hotel which was nice to take a stroll by. Overall I really recommend Tianjiang Inn if you are visiting Nalati!
