This truly is the best hotel in Jilin city, full of thoughtful touches. My girlfriend and I met in Jilin, and a year later, we celebrated her birthday here again. A huge thanks to the housekeeping staff who decorated our room in advance; it was such a pleasant surprise when we opened the door. The room was also very spacious with a beautiful river view. We extended our stay for another night, and the housekeeper diligently cleaned our room and replaced towels and amenities while we were out the next day. Although the hotel has some history, this dedicated and passionate team ensures it maintains its high standards. 👍

The hotel located beside the famous West Market. The The room was spacious with smart toilet. Though the window glass was quite dirty and we couldn’t see the view clearly . The bed was comfortable and the heater was good. It was a pleasant stay as we booked only a night but we manage time to shop Yanji specialities at the West Market since it was only beside the hotel

it is a nice hotel. easily check in and check out, quiet and easy to find, just exit metro line 1 (remin guangchang station exit A) cross the straight from the traffic light. follow the main road sidewalk and pass the busstop, the hotel just in front of you. need excess card to take the elevator, privacy ensure. daily cleanup. tv is easy to use to watch free programme. aircond can be use so that u won't feel cold during wi9nter. hot water and water pressure is good even though I was in 21st floor. there is a mini market at the lobby and you can order outside food, they can send it to your room door.

It's very close to the train station, which is convenient for train travel. The room decor is a bit dated, so don't expect anything modern, but considering the price, it's quite clean and offers great value for money. The breakfast selection is decent and covers the basics, and they even had watermelon despite the cold weather.

On the first day of check in ERIC 和Jackson assisted us and even taught us how to buy the tickets for changbaishan. However they were on break during the rest of our stay which led to quite an unpleasant stay. The ground crew did not communicate and handover properly and they forgot that we were going to the mountain and made us wait over 30 minutes in the lobby for the transport that never came. Location wise, there’s nothing nearby and food choices were limited. However it is very near to the changbaishan mountain and this making the trip to the mountain relatively accessible. Hotel Breakfast is not bad too, many choices and the concierge is really friendly and helpful. Overall it was an alright stay but we expected better service for the price we paid for.

The environment here is fantastic, and the front desk service is excellent. They even offered a complimentary late check-out, which was a nice touch. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. I really appreciated the manager; their conversation style made me feel very welcome and comfortable. All the other staff members were also incredibly friendly, always greeting me warmly. It felt just like coming home!

It's right near People's Square, so getting around by public transport is super convenient – no hassle at all getting anywhere. The hotel itself has a unique charm, and it's spotlessly clean with no strange odors whatsoever. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Overall, the room facilities are good; a few minor details weren't perfect but didn't detract from the experience. It offers incredible value for money, making it perfect for friends traveling together!

My experience at Shangri-La Changchun was absolutely perfect. The hotel is located in the city center, making transportation convenient and getting around a breeze. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep even in a roadside room. The service details were impeccable; the front desk staff, especially a young lady, was warm and attentive, even offering complimentary breakfast for my child. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Check-in was efficient and swift, with a professional and friendly attitude, and they were always ready to assist. The gym and heated pool facilities are well-equipped, and I'd love to try them out next time. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Changchun again.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the floating market and West Market, and the views are great too. The room facilities seem to have been updated, though the shower switch is a bit stiff and requires some force to operate. Other than that, everything else is good. There are also some nice service details, like a takeaway meal box recycling bin, which helps keep the room free of odors. The hotel service is generally very good, and the VIP service is excellent, providing thorough care. The hotel's food and travel guides are very practical.
