This truly is the best hotel in Jilin city, full of thoughtful touches. My girlfriend and I met in Jilin, and a year later, we celebrated her birthday here again. A huge thanks to the housekeeping staff who decorated our room in advance; it was such a pleasant surprise when we opened the door. The room was also very spacious with a beautiful river view. We extended our stay for another night, and the housekeeper diligently cleaned our room and replaced towels and amenities while we were out the next day. Although the hotel has some history, this dedicated and passionate team ensures it maintains its high standards. 👍

Highly recommend this hotel! It's the perfect choice if you're driving, as the parking garage is huge with three levels. The breakfast offers a great variety, it's rich and delicious, with bread and sausages – a really good spread. The front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are excellent, including a safe and a scale. There's even a lounge on the ninth floor where you can enjoy free live music from singers, sip coffee, and take in the beautiful night views of Yanji. Fantastic value for money!

it is a nice hotel. easily check in and check out, quiet and easy to find, just exit metro line 1 (remin guangchang station exit A) cross the straight from the traffic light. follow the main road sidewalk and pass the busstop, the hotel just in front of you. need excess card to take the elevator, privacy ensure. daily cleanup. tv is easy to use to watch free programme. aircond can be use so that u won't feel cold during wi9nter. hot water and water pressure is good even though I was in 21st floor. there is a mini market at the lobby and you can order outside food, they can send it to your room door.

This was my third stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right across from Changchun Station, making transportation incredibly convenient with bus stops, a subway station, and the airport shuttle all nearby. The rooms offer expansive views and great natural light, are well-equipped, and feature comfortable and quiet bedding. The hotel restaurant serves a wide variety of delicious breakfast options. The staff are also very warm and welcoming.

On the first day of check in ERIC 和Jackson assisted us and even taught us how to buy the tickets for changbaishan. However they were on break during the rest of our stay which led to quite an unpleasant stay. The ground crew did not communicate and handover properly and they forgot that we were going to the mountain and made us wait over 30 minutes in the lobby for the transport that never came. Location wise, there’s nothing nearby and food choices were limited. However it is very near to the changbaishan mountain and this making the trip to the mountain relatively accessible. Hotel Breakfast is not bad too, many choices and the concierge is really friendly and helpful. Overall it was an alright stay but we expected better service for the price we paid for.

The hotel has a very unique design and is conveniently located close to the commercial district, not far from the famous 'influencer wall' (Instagrammable spot). They upgraded our room for free, and the room was spacious with very comfortable bedding. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive. They offer complimentary bottled water that can be refilled anytime, and the breakfast was good. There's also parking available right in front of the hotel.

Chose this place with a friend for our Changchun trip, and the location is absolutely fantastic! It's right near People's Square, so getting around by public transport is super convenient – no hassle at all getting anywhere. The hotel itself has a unique charm, and it's spotlessly clean with no strange odors whatsoever. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Overall, the room facilities are good; a few minor details weren't perfect but didn't detract from the experience. It offers incredible value for money, making it perfect for friends traveling together!

酒店位置優越，就位於商業廣場附近，去商業廣場購物和吃飯都很方便，酒店旁邊就是一個超市和洗浴中心；門口就是一個停車場，雖然停車較多，感覺停車緊張，但不管什麼時候去都有停車的位置。 酒店設施齊全配套，房間設施完善，開水壺都是可以保温的高檔商品，瓶裝水免費提供，不夠直接到樓層電梯處取；洗衣機和烘乾機有兩套，也很給力而不擁擠，健身房設施配套都齊全，配有免費瓶裝水和毛巾，感覺酒店從設施配置方面都在為客人着想，管理領導是用了心的。 酒店衞生方面沒法得説，都是做的很好👍乾淨衞生整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，每天更換毛巾浴巾和拖鞋，床單被套和床墊都很舒服。 早餐品種繁多豐富多樣，中餐西餐都配齊了；不是那種簡單的早餐。

My experience at Shangri-La Changchun was absolutely perfect. The hotel is located in the city center, making transportation convenient and getting around a breeze. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep even in a roadside room. The service details were impeccable; the front desk staff, especially a young lady, was warm and attentive, even offering complimentary breakfast for my child. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Check-in was efficient and swift, with a professional and friendly attitude, and they were always ready to assist. The gym and heated pool facilities are well-equipped, and I'd love to try them out next time. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Changchun again.

The hotel experience was great. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was superb, offering Chinese, Western, and Korean options. All the staff were very polite, and the VIP manager was exceptionally attentive, even recommending a list of local delicacies upon check-in. It's definitely worth another visit. It's also super convenient, just a short walk across a small road to the floating market, and the popular 'bullet screen' wall is only a ten-minute walk away.
