"The hotel's location is fantastic; it's right next to the Bell Tower and there's a subway entrance downstairs, making transportation incredibly convenient. Our room didn't face the Bell Tower directly, but that was fine. The hotel is clean and tidy, and they even have self-service laundry. Although we only stayed one night and didn't get to enjoy the simple afternoon tea snacks, it really shows how thoughtful the hotel is."

"After a disappointing experience at our first hotel in Xi'an, we were incredibly relieved to find the Elegant Hotel at the last minute. It completely changed our trip and gave us the perfect ending to our stay in this beautiful city. As a family of five, we booked two double rooms with king-size beds. Both rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. From the moment we walked into the hotel until the moment we checked out, everything felt thoughtfully planned and professionally managed. Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and polite. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the complimentary afternoon tea and snacks on the hotel's terrace while overlooking the ancient Xi'an City Wall. The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, making it one of our favorite memories from Xi'an. The location is excellent, with many attractions easily accessible, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a generous selection of delicious Chinese dishes as well as several Western options, so everyone in our family found something they enjoyed. Our only regret is that we didn't discover this hotel from the beginning of our trip. If we had, we would have spent two wonderful days in Xi'an instead of just one. We wholeheartedly recommend the Elegant Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable stay in Xi'an. If we ever return to Xi'an, there is no doubt where we will stay. We will definitely choose the Elegant Hotel again!"

"The Novotel is in a fantastic location, right above Metro Lines 2 and 6, offering direct access to all major attractions. It's also just three stops from the train station. Downstairs, there's a travel agency where you can catch direct buses to the Terracotta Army and hop-on-hop-off city tour buses. As for the hotel's front desk staff, check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety, including freshly made 'sauteed' noodles and beef noodles daily, plus a mix of Chinese and Western options. This explains why we saw quite a few foreigners staying here. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose the Bell Tower Novotel again. 100% recommended!"

"The sleeping facilities at Jingxin Hotel are simply divine! The mattress is a high-elastic,脊椎-supporting type that's just the right balance of soft and firm, offering excellent support. After a long day of exploring Xi'an, I could just lie down and instantly relax, with no back pain at all. They even provide two different kinds of pillows – a down pillow and a buckwheat pillow – so you can choose your preference, and neither has any strange smells. The air conditioning in the room is incredibly quiet, and the temperature control is precise, so it never gets too hot or too cold. Paired with the double-layered, thickened blackout curtains, the room is completely dark. USB fast charging outlets are conveniently located by the bed, and the bedside LED strip lighting is soft and not at all harsh, so it doesn't hurt your eyes if you get up at night. All the sleep-related amenities in this room are top-notch. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, you're guaranteed a peaceful and restful night's sleep here."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Baoji. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the city and the river . The hotel's location is excellent for both sightseeing and business . A special thank you to Jessica, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making us feel very welcome. In fact, all the staff were remarkably attentive and professional throughout our stay . The facilities, including the indoor pool and the sky bar on the 40th floor, were top-notch . A truly wonderful experience and probably the best hotel in the city!"

"I've been to Xi'an many times, and this Sheraton I chose this time was excellent. The location is superb, right by the Line 6 subway entrance, and within walking distance to the Drum Tower. The breakfast selection was extensive, which made traveling with kids very convenient. A special thanks to Lucky from customer service for her thoughtful assistance!"

"The hotel is huge, and its facilities are excellent; it's probably one of the best in the area in terms of hardware. The cave room is very unique, but the lighting is so dim it really feels like a cave. If the hardware is five-star, then the service is three-star. The service was absolutely terrible, and the hotel's management level was a disaster. We stayed for two days and encountered so many problems that we decisively checked out and moved to another hotel, even though we had originally planned to extend our stay. 1. Because we were watching the 'Return to Yan'an' performance at 7 PM, the front desk, based on the time, booked an 'Embittered Memories' dinner for 5 PM the day before. Later, I called the front desk again to change it to 5:30 PM. When we arrived at the restaurant punctually, the restaurant's front desk couldn't even find our reservation, and the restaurant was completely unprepared. The restaurant staff quickly informed the hotel front desk that due to lack of preparation, all internal hotel guests with reservations were pushed back until after 8 PM. 2. There was a lack of communication or timely information exchange between the restaurant, front desk, and concierge. Given such a major blunder with the dining reservation, I immediately went to the front desk to inquire about the performance reservation I had made the day before for today. From what I overheard from the staff's phone conversation, it seemed they still hadn't made the reservation and were urgently trying to sort it out. 3. The restaurant manager said that because they weren't prepared, they would arrange for the food to be delivered to our room after 8:30 PM. After we returned from the performance, it still hadn't arrived. When I called to inquire, I was told that the reservation hadn't been made again. They then rushed to make it, and it was delivered to our room after 9 PM. 4. Breakfast was an even bigger disaster. The restaurant was quite small, with no usher, and no designated queuing area. The front desk just let people in without any guidance. Everyone had to wait behind guests who hadn't finished eating yet to grab a seat. In the end, we (a family of three) had no choice but to split up and find separate spots to share tables. 5. Not to mention the insufficient supply of coffee, milk, and beverages, the plates were also cleared very slowly. Everyone was doing half a task and then moving on to another. Despite a decent number of staff and not too many tables, it was still chaotic, which again proved the extremely poor training and management. 6. While eating, we saw more and more guests coming down. The front desk informed them there were no seats and to come back in half an hour. A large group of guests left unhappily. However, later guests were seated right away when seats became available. I can only imagine the anger of the large group of guests who waited half an hour only to have to continue waiting. 7. When checking in, we registered our child's information, but the front desk didn't even think to prepare children's toiletries and slippers. When I called the front desk from the room, the robot answered and recorded the request for children's supplies and an extra duvet. Half an hour later, there was still no movement. It was only when I switched to a human operator to complain that they urgently delivered them."

"The room is spacious and bright. The space is large. The mattress is moderately hard and soft. The environment is quiet. It is suitable for a good rest at night. It is suitable for both travel and business trips."

"This Mountain View homestead overlooks Huashan mountain. The views are incredible from both the room and the restaurant. The food is delicious. Some of the best I’ve had in China! Extremely comfortable beds too. They offer a free pick-up and drop-off service to the train stations and also to the Huashan scenic area, which is only a 5 min walk away. No need to rise too early! The family here have been extremely accommodating and friendly. I don’t speak Chinese and I am travelling alone. Luckily a smartphone allows communication and the family have really used it to make me feel at home.  They have made me feel so comfortable when I’m so far from my friends and family. Everybody has greeted me with a smile and they have offered me so much. I ate here every day and they have a beautiful cat that I had the honour of brushing. I would highly recommend this home stay for anyone visiting the region. It is in a quiet calm place compared to the hustle and bustle of Chinese cities. If I ever come back here I will definitely stay here again. 5 stars is the minimum allowed but I would give this place 10 stars if I could."

"This hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to Exit B of Longshouyuan Metro Station. The hotel is clean, tidy, and the service is excellent. There were three of us traveling, including an elderly person. On days when the elder didn't join us, especially when the weather was too hot, I asked the restaurant to deliver lunch to our room. The food was delicious. There's a steakhouse on the second floor of the hotel, open until 9:30 PM. I bought a 398 CNY set meal for four there, which had generous portions and tasted great. The bread was especially well-baked, and you could refill the soup as much as you wanted. The thick steak was tender and flavorful, and the tuna pizza was quite unique. Our family room booking also included a ticket for the Chang'an Dream Tour Bus. Be aware that only one ticket is given per booking, so if two people go, you'll need to buy an additional ticket yourself. The bus pick-up and ticket exchange point is near the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, about a 30-minute subway ride away. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay."
