My stay is on the 15th floor with a mini window and a very comfortable bed. They have separate wash from for bath and toilet , while the wash place is outside the toilet. Check out time given was up to 2pm. Convenient and near to metro station within 5 minute walk. Just the floor is an old style make it feel dirty but is clean .

Guest UserOn my holiday, I brought my child to Xi'an and chose the Sofitel Legend inside the city walls. I booked a package on Ctrip, and the price was excellent. The hotel's location is superb, convenient for getting anywhere, and there are tons of options for food delivery. The entire hotel offers a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle; as soon as you step through the main entrance, you're shielded from the city's vibrancy. The soundproofing in the rooms is also fantastic, ensuring a great night's sleep every night.
The staff in all areas of the hotel are incredibly warm and professional. They always greet you enthusiastically and proactively offer various services; we felt very well taken care of during our stay.
The hotel itself is compact and exquisite, with all the facilities and services you could need. There's a pool and a gym; the pool was often empty, so we had it all to ourselves! The minibar in the room comes with chocolates and a variety of drinks, plus a coffee machine. Every evening, there's a turndown service that includes cookies or small snacks and milk. The bedding is also very comfortable. The breakfast spread is extensive, with plenty to eat each day. The à la carte menu offers a wide selection of local delicacies and both Chinese and Western dishes, and it's available until 10:30 AM, which is perfect for late risers!
What's more, the hotel is simply beautiful; every picture you take turns out great. Friends who love getting good photos should definitely consider staying here, as both the rooms and public areas are very photogenic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Xi'an. Oh, and the toiletries are also very comprehensive; you only need to bring your own skincare products. The sewing kit was a pleasant surprise – even the thread was already pre-threaded!

Traveling to Xi'an with my family of three, I carefully selected this hotel, and overall it's great for tourists. It definitely lives up to its reputation as one of China's top 100 hotels.
1. **Location:** If you're not planning on using the subway, this is a prime choice. Taxis are readily available, and you can walk to the Stele Forest Museum and the city wall.
2. **Service:** Full marks for service! After checking in, the butler showed us to our room, provided complimentary welcome fruit, proactively added an extra breakfast, and was quick to respond to and resolve any issues. They even gave us a parting gift when we checked out.
3. **Hotel Facilities:** The hotel's decor is fitting for a high-end business hotel. Food deliveries are brought to your room by a robot, bottled water is complimentary, and they even offer sweet soup in the evenings.
A small note: the soundproofing in the rooms is just okay. We could hear the kids next door making noise and hair dryers quite clearly at night. If you need quiet, avoid rooms facing the street, as the car horns are very noticeable at night!!!
4. **Airport Shuttle:** The hotel offers free airport pick-up and drop-off, which needs to be booked a day in advance. It's a good option if you're not in a hurry. The airport drop-off leaves on the hour, and during peak times, the shuttle can be full, with luggage piled in the aisle. For pick-up, we waited half an hour for another passenger, and the driver proactively helped with our luggage. (My personal experience at T2 terminal for checked baggage: 30 minutes for check-in is sufficient.)
5. **Breakfast:** The breakfast spread is quite extensive, including mini roujiamo (Chinese burgers), but for a tourist, it generally lacks a distinct Xi'an flavor.

ShoumiaoWe were five grown men and had a very comfortable stay. This is a B&B in the residential complex. It's beautifully decorated, quiet, and well-equipped. The floor heating was very warm, even with the windows open, it wasn't cold, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The complex is well-managed, and it's right next to Wanda and two snack streets! There's a wide variety of food options, but eating in the room was so comfortable that we deliberately packed up for two nights and played mahjong and poker afterwards...we didn't want to go out. Transportation is very convenient, and the subway station is just a short walk away. Two of the bedrooms are small suites, one with a private bathroom, and the other two share a bathroom. Three bathrooms are definitely enough. In short, living in this large flat is really comfortable!

Anonymous UserThe location is super convenient! It's an easy walk to the Bell Tower and Xi'an Museum. For places like Datang Everbright City, Shaanxi History Museum, and Sajinqiao, a taxi ride is quick and simple. There are also plenty of shopping areas nearby, plus famous local eateries like Weijia Liangpi and Chahualong. We had a great time! The room itself was generally good, though the bathroom was a bit small. We stayed in two rooms for four nights but didn't get complimentary breakfast, which was a bit of a shame. The family room faced the street, so it was a little noisy. The Qin Sheng Zhai downstairs had some delicious food.

hilary reedOur stay at the hotel was absolute perfection. The rooms stylish, clean and so comfortable. The amenities feel luxurious and the staff went above and beyond to assure we felt cared for.
The breakfast and afternoon tea are a must and don’t miss a swim in the pool!! The location was perfect for us as it is close to the main attractions within the city walls, yet feels very quiet and removed when you need to recharge. Loved it all!

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around.
You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious.
The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract!
**Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

Guest UserTitle: This hotel stay was incredible value for money, let me share some details so you can get a feel for it.
I booked this hotel simply for the convenience of seeing 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' but I never expected such a wonderful experience.
First, the location is unbeatable – right inside the scenic area. Staying here grants you free admission. Following the front desk's advice, I went for a stroll around 7 AM. The entire park was almost empty, and the morning light on Mount Li was stunning. By the time we returned for breakfast, tour groups were already lining up at the entrance. In that moment, I felt incredibly clever.
The service was also exceptionally thoughtful. In the evening, as we headed out for the show, I was worried about rain, but the staff had already prepared raincoats for us and even escorted us all the way to the performance venue, so we didn't have to navigate on our own. Whenever we had a question, their response was always, ”No problem, we'll take care of it,” which was incredibly reassuring.
The room was clean and comfortable. They provided pear soup and fruit; the warm pear soup was soothing for the throat and very relaxing to drink. Breakfast was incredibly lavish. I initially intended to eat light, but I couldn't resist grabbing several plates.
In summary: it was stress-free, comfortable, and we were very well looked after. If you're coming to Huaqing Palace for a show or sightseeing, staying here is definitely something you won't regret. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Guest UserThe room was a bit cramped. Usually, when I book through Ctrip, hotels upgrade my room type. The water pressure from the faucet was good, but the sink was round instead of square, which made the faucet too close to the basin, so I kept bumping my hands on the edge when washing them. The tissues were of poor quality; they disintegrated and left bits everywhere in the box. The good points are that it's extremely close to the subway exit – you just step out and it's right there. There are also many chain restaurants nearby, and you can walk to the Muslim Quarter in about five minutes.
