"Excellent location, right next to Zhonglou subway station, with plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby. It's super convenient to walk to the Drum Tower and Muslim Quarter, making sightseeing a breeze. The staff are friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. Our server, Fu Yun, was especially warm and helpful; she assisted us with our laundry near closing time and even delivered it back to our room."

"I was originally drawn to this hotel by its Tang Dynasty-inspired design and wanted to experience a stay, and I left thoroughly satisfied! 🤗🤗 The hardware facilities completely matched my aesthetic too. The room was spacious and bright, with smart home controls operated simply by calling out to Tmall Genie ՞˶•⩊•˶՞. The mousse mattress was just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable sleep, and they even provided an extra buckwheat pillow. The fifth-floor terrace directly faces the city wall, offering breathtaking views. Enjoying afternoon tea or a late-night snack on the terrace every day felt incredibly fulfilling. I booked a twin room, and it was very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Best of all, the hotel is conveniently located near all the attractions, making it perfect for tourists and saving a lot of time. They also offer free parking. ❤️ The room attendant cleaned daily. 🤭🤭🤭 Especially, the front desk lady provided excellent service, patiently helping me with all my issues. When I wasn't feeling well and didn't want to go out, she even cooked noodles and brought them to my room – such warm and thoughtful service. This stay has truly become an unforgettable memory for me. 🥰🥰🥰"

"Great hotel. Nice, modern and clean. The room was good too. Comfy bed with medium firmness. Great shower and toilet with auto wash. Aircon worked very well. The tv was a projector onto a big projector screen but we had no idea how to use it as it was in Chinese. The lights had some variations but none that let us control the lights we actually wanted on. This could be improved. Location was excellent to the Bell Tower area. Metro stop on the doorstep but a bit of a walk to the actual train line. Muslim Quarter a 10 min walk. Breakfast catered for the Chinese palette. My husband loved it.  There was a free laundry room which was very handy and we got all our dirty clothes washed and dried in about an hour. Check out going well when they gave us a bag of sweets which we thought was really lovely until we realised it was effectively a bribe when the staff (very politely) insisted we do a 5 star review there and then. That request ironically was the one thing I did not like at all. Do not ask try to force your customers to review what you want them to. Reviews are personal and should reflect their experience plus it’s rude!"

"I chose the Jingxin Hotel for my business trip to Xi'an and was generally quite satisfied. The location is unbeatable, very close to the Bell Tower, making it super convenient to find food and enjoy the night scenery. My favorite feature was the Xiaodu smart assistant in the room. After a long day out, I could just lie in bed and control the lights, AC, and curtains with my voice, without having to get up and find switches – a true blessing for a lazy person like me. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff handled check-in efficiently and communicated politely. There's a lot of competition among hotels around the Bell Tower, and not many at this price point offer smart home features throughout. The value for money here is definitely solid. This stay was a great experience, no issues at all. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Xi'an."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Baoji. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the city and the river . The hotel's location is excellent for both sightseeing and business . A special thank you to Jessica, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making us feel very welcome. In fact, all the staff were remarkably attentive and professional throughout our stay . The facilities, including the indoor pool and the sky bar on the 40th floor, were top-notch . A truly wonderful experience and probably the best hotel in the city!"

"I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Xi'an Bell Tower for 4 days, and it was an excellent experience. **Facilities:** Renovated in 2025, there were no strange odors, and the living experience was comfortable. The layout and design of items in the room showed great attention to detail, making everything very convenient. **Hygiene:** During my four-day stay, the room was cleaned daily. The bedding was clean and comfortable, ensuring I slept well all four nights. **Environment:** This is a key point: the hotel's location is superb. It's just a 1-2 minute walk from Exit D2 of Guangji Street Station on Metro Line 6, so no worries about wind or sun. **Service:** The hotel service was truly excellent, with thoughtful details everywhere. From the lobby staff proactively taking trash from a mom with a baby, to the restaurant staff offering a takeaway box and advising guests on what food isn't suitable for takeout during breakfast, to the housekeeping staff who genuinely smiled at every guest – it all felt incredibly warm. **Tip:** The hotel's breakfast is genuinely delicious, with a rich variety of dishes. Even if you have a tight schedule, try to set aside one day to enjoy it. We also had lunch at the hotel upon arrival, which was equally tasty. A comfortable hotel stay truly adds many memories to a trip. (I'm usually too lazy to write reviews, so this is a rare instance where I'm actively sharing my experience, mainly because I was so satisfied.)"

"The hotel is huge, and its facilities are excellent; it's probably one of the best in the area in terms of hardware. The cave room is very unique, but the lighting is so dim it really feels like a cave. If the hardware is five-star, then the service is three-star. The service was absolutely terrible, and the hotel's management level was a disaster. We stayed for two days and encountered so many problems that we decisively checked out and moved to another hotel, even though we had originally planned to extend our stay. 1. Because we were watching the 'Return to Yan'an' performance at 7 PM, the front desk, based on the time, booked an 'Embittered Memories' dinner for 5 PM the day before. Later, I called the front desk again to change it to 5:30 PM. When we arrived at the restaurant punctually, the restaurant's front desk couldn't even find our reservation, and the restaurant was completely unprepared. The restaurant staff quickly informed the hotel front desk that due to lack of preparation, all internal hotel guests with reservations were pushed back until after 8 PM. 2. There was a lack of communication or timely information exchange between the restaurant, front desk, and concierge. Given such a major blunder with the dining reservation, I immediately went to the front desk to inquire about the performance reservation I had made the day before for today. From what I overheard from the staff's phone conversation, it seemed they still hadn't made the reservation and were urgently trying to sort it out. 3. The restaurant manager said that because they weren't prepared, they would arrange for the food to be delivered to our room after 8:30 PM. After we returned from the performance, it still hadn't arrived. When I called to inquire, I was told that the reservation hadn't been made again. They then rushed to make it, and it was delivered to our room after 9 PM. 4. Breakfast was an even bigger disaster. The restaurant was quite small, with no usher, and no designated queuing area. The front desk just let people in without any guidance. Everyone had to wait behind guests who hadn't finished eating yet to grab a seat. In the end, we (a family of three) had no choice but to split up and find separate spots to share tables. 5. Not to mention the insufficient supply of coffee, milk, and beverages, the plates were also cleared very slowly. Everyone was doing half a task and then moving on to another. Despite a decent number of staff and not too many tables, it was still chaotic, which again proved the extremely poor training and management. 6. While eating, we saw more and more guests coming down. The front desk informed them there were no seats and to come back in half an hour. A large group of guests left unhappily. However, later guests were seated right away when seats became available. I can only imagine the anger of the large group of guests who waited half an hour only to have to continue waiting. 7. When checking in, we registered our child's information, but the front desk didn't even think to prepare children's toiletries and slippers. When I called the front desk from the room, the robot answered and recorded the request for children's supplies and an extra duvet. Half an hour later, there was still no movement. It was only when I switched to a human operator to complain that they urgently delivered them."

"I am very satisfied with the family stay. The public areas and guest rooms of the hotel are online. Every day, the cleaning is timely and meticulous to change the supplies. The room is spacious and quiet. The service staff is gentle and caring. Any small problems will be solved immediately and the rest is very comfortable."

"This Mountain View homestead overlooks Huashan mountain. The views are incredible from both the room and the restaurant. The food is delicious. Some of the best I’ve had in China! Extremely comfortable beds too. They offer a free pick-up and drop-off service to the train stations and also to the Huashan scenic area, which is only a 5 min walk away. No need to rise too early! The family here have been extremely accommodating and friendly. I don’t speak Chinese and I am travelling alone. Luckily a smartphone allows communication and the family have really used it to make me feel at home.  They have made me feel so comfortable when I’m so far from my friends and family. Everybody has greeted me with a smile and they have offered me so much. I ate here every day and they have a beautiful cat that I had the honour of brushing. I would highly recommend this home stay for anyone visiting the region. It is in a quiet calm place compared to the hustle and bustle of Chinese cities. If I ever come back here I will definitely stay here again. 5 stars is the minimum allowed but I would give this place 10 stars if I could."

"Staying at the Sheraton Xi'an North City Hotel's Executive Two-Bedroom Apartment Suite was an experience of ”heartwarming service and nostalgic hardware.” I must commend the hotel's service. From the dedicated customer service before check-in to the concierge, everyone was professional and enthusiastic, responding quickly to requests. It truly shows the hospitality of a long-standing five-star hotel. The suite space was very generous, with well-divided functional areas, making it ideal for family travel. However, to be fair, the facilities are indeed dated. The decor has a classic ”old-school official” vibe, the lighting is a bit dim, some furniture shows clear signs of wear and tear, and the air conditioning and appliances are a little slow to respond. If you have high expectations for accommodation hardware, you might be slightly disappointed. But considering its excellent location (right by the subway entrance) and very competitive price, it remains a highly cost-effective choice in Xi'an for travelers who value service and convenience."
