"Very good location for sightseeing and walking on the beach. Hotel was clean, and my bedding smelled clean, the breakfast buffet was modest, but hearty. The staff was friendly. The ceiling downstairs in lobby and breakfast area is a little bit low for tall people. My room had a smell of sewer odor from the bathroom, so I kept the door closed. The key for the room took a little bit jiggling to get it to turn the power on, and the WiFi was not the always reliable. There was no instructions for the safe. I enjoyed my stay and would do so again."

"The breakfast was great. The pool was quite spacious and nice. The beach wasn’t exactly perfect — we had to go quite far out to be able to swim properly — but it was very safe for kids. Its proximity to the city makes it ideal if you have a car. For those who want to use public transportation, there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"I came to spend my vacation time. The hotel has an excellent location and is very beautiful. The staff are very good and treat me kindly. The only thing I did not like was the food. For the price of the all exclusive, I expected the food to be much better. The breakfast is very delicious, but for lunch there are only a few choices and you cannot choose. Whatever you want and how much you want. There are things that you must pay for. Dinner is an open buffet. I did not like it personally, but the hotel in general is wonderful and I will definitely return to it."

"Great stay at this family-run hotel! The staff were really friendly, especially the smiling lady at the front desk. My room was nice - modern, spacious, with a good balcony. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. Food was a highlight. Breakfast had lots of choices. Lunch and dinner were amazing - the chef is really talented. I enjoyed every meal. The hotel has a long family history, which gives it a special feel. It's not like a big chain hotel at all. Only small issue: could use more hooks for clothes in the room and bathroom. Overall, I had a great time. The mix of friendly service, good food, and nice rooms made for a great stay. I'd definitely recommend it to others."

The Frangiorgio Hotel is situated in a quiet area of Larnaca, within a comfortable six-minute walk to Finikoudes beach and the boutique shopping district. The hotel maintains excellent standards of cleanliness throughout. The shower facilities provide consistent hot water with good pressure and come equipped with high-quality botanical soap. Each room includes practical amenities such as a kettle, premium tea and coffee, cane sugar, bathrobes, slippers, and a safe. My room featured a balcony overlooking the street, offering views of nearby buildings along with a pleasant perspective of the western mountains. The reception staff is very professional. Breakfast is served on the sixth-floor terrace, which offers elevated views over Larnaca. The buffet selection included omelets, pancakes, cereals, cheeses, beans, vegetables, jams, pastries, coffee, tea, soft drinks, and various meats. This rooftop area also features a small swimming pool and showers, although I didn't use these facilities during my visit. Having stayed in many hotels worldwide, I found the Frangiorgio Hotel to deliver superior service and good value. While categorized as a 3-star hotel, it compares favorably with many 4-star properties. The discounts available to Trip.com members make this a particularly appealing option.

Отель расположен в хорошем тихом месте. До пляжа ровно 5 минут.Есть душ,фен,чайник,кофе,чай,чистая постель .Номер маленький помещается только кровать,поспать одну ночь нормально. Телевизор так и не смогли подключить. Вообщем очень приятное место мне понравилось. И главное цена хорошая.

The room is spacious and large, with a balcony! Overall very comfortable 😌 The counter staff is kind and friendly ~ there is no language problem in communication! Breakfast is served on a high floor. The dishes are quite diverse and delicious.

Lovely little hotel tucked up a cobbled street, just off Kalavasos village centre piazza. Possibly a converted old residence, lots of character. My trip required me to be near this village to easily visit friends residing there, and I just required a comfortable bed and clean bathroom as would be out during daytime. This small hotel met my requirements. Modern fully equipped bathroom, with rainshower, and large tub too ( jacuzzi function wasn't working). Towels changed daily. Large comfortable bed with clean sheets. Stocked minibar. Free drinking water not provided. Room furniture was a bit rustic but in usable condition. Room corners etc could be cleaned a bit more carefully. Breakfast buffet was included in my room rate and was minimal but sufficient, unless you're a heavy eater. Overall, if I ever revisit Kalavasos, I may pick this place again, as it met my needs plus manager and staff were quite pleasant. Thank you!

Excellent, modern hotel. Good pools, good beach (a strip of stone on entry, but sandy bottom further on). Nice seaside walk running for miles to Larnaca. A room a bit small but functional. Breakfast tasty and good quality. We had a room with a sea view and it was a good choice. Other rooms may have a building site view ;-) Negatives: Mosquitos !!! There are mosquitos, even in November and we were punished for desire to sleep with open window listening to the sea. Hotel should research for any small water deposits (building site?) and use some chemicals to rid off mosquitos. The key card stopped working at 11.30 am - the reception explained that it was OK as in just 30 min at 12.00 is the check-out time. My wife was inside otherwise I would need to run 100 meters to reception to get my bags to the car. No taverna or restaurant in walking distance. The neighbourhood pretty rough and not attractive.
