In a five-star hotel in Turin, the reception hall is very luxurious. At the front desk, you need to pay a deposit of 50-100 euros or the bank card number in the name of the check-in person, so friends who need to check in remember to prepare cash (no credit card deposit required) or credit card.
The hotel has two floors, and there is a connecting corridor on the first floor in Italy (the second floor in China) by elevator. In the prominent position of the elevator and the corridor, there will be guidance signs in English, Arabic, Chinese, and Chinese. Be sure to check the building where the room number is on the card when you check in, and the front desk will guide you when you deliver the card.
The room is similar to China Hotel, with free slippers, mini bar, paid snacks, kettle and so on. All the facilities marked with text in the room are English, Chinese and Chinese, so don't worry about the language. Here are two points to note: First, because the room is equipped with cotton wool facilities such as carpets, the entire room can see obvious high-density flying hair in the presence of light; second, there is a large amount of flocculent deposits in the kettle This may be due to the quality of the tap water in Italy. Friends with requirements in this regard suggest that they be used with caution.
All in all, this is one of the few high-end hotels in Turin and worth recommending!
Breakfast is good, location is awesome, there is bellboy for luggage moving to room, the toilet is a bit too dark, the building is grand, vintage (compliment) and clean.
The location is behind the commercial street, shopping is very convenient, there are fewer restaurants and convenience stores nearby, you need to walk. The design of the hotel itself is very good, there is a sense of quality, the room is very spacious, and the snowy mountains can be seen from the window. But the fly in the ointment is the bathroom, the shower room can't block the water, it is easy to make the bathroom full of water, very embarrassing.
Overall was a good stay. breakfast could be more various. would be goos to have more amenities in the room and bathroom. The Michelin star restaurant was tasty.
The hotel is very well located in the centre of the village.
The hotel is very warm and very comfortable.
The spa is very clean with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi to enjoy with a 24-euro extra per person.

The room is great. Walking into the inner building of this hotel is like walking into a Roman palace. The room is very large, with dry and wet separation, good hygiene, and very high ceilings. The room has a balcony, looking at the church opposite. It is very close to all places, and it takes 15 minutes to walk to both the attractions and Via Roma. The location is great! Serviced butler-style one-to-one service. Overall, it is great and worth experiencing. A small suggestion for the hotel is that their gypsum board is a little peeling. If this is done well, it will be more perfect.
Villa crespi is absolutely beautiful! And the staff are wonderful. And the location is a nice walk to town. However I have no idea how they received a gold key last year! The rooms were so hot I could not sleep (march) and I asked them to turn off the heat! But that did not work. I also asked them not to continue spraying perfume all over my room because I was allergic… however housekeeping continued to do so until I locked them out. In addition the mattress was limp and old- very uncomfortable. The shower is vintage and needs to be upgraded- nice to loook at but impossible to shower in if you stand over 5’2”!

MMadamearnoI requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.
GGuest UserHotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.
RRM84Overall a good hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would like to comment about the lady owner.
The room air conditioning could only be controlled via the front desk, and when I requested an adjustment, before the staff adjusted the airconsition, she made a remark about me coming from a country with 50°C weather and that I should be able to adapt. I found this comment inappropriate and uncalled for.
Additionally, during breakfast, we overheard her raising her voice at the kitchen staff, which was loud enough to be heard clearly from the restaurant. While the hotel itself has potential, I hope she reconsiders her approach: both with guests and her team.
GGuest UserRight at the doorstep of alba town, good location. Only 350m away from alba railway station, good gateway to other Italian towns. This is a very basic place to sleep, water kettle is shared at common corridor. No slippers, no toothbrush, just basic shampoo and body wash. Cannot adjust temperature in the room, so it really depends on the season you are there. Water pressure is low, so do expect shower to be longer. Breakfast is a croissant and a cup of coffee at the bakery right opp the hotel. Not much of a front desk, if there’s anyone manning it but you can easily get in and out of the establishment. No Uber in this town, and taxi is exorbitant and rare here. Good for a night stay~
跳跳舞的大笨象Really good. Big and clean. Everything equipment is new. There’s a big balcony outside the room. You can have a sun bath. The receptionists are very professional and helpful.
LLand of HopeI arrived the day all streets where cut for a cyclist event, so I had to park my car 3 km from the Hotel and walk through the forest to reach the Hotel with a 25 KG luggage. They never sent an email or even a call adverting about this. Also the restaurant service was pretty bad, I had dinner and the waiter was visible affected by alcohol compsumption, forgetting orders and even though charging me for a full menu when I just had a course. 30 Euro total. The food was pretty bad also. They also charged me 4.50 Euro for something they called a council tax. So definitely a bad experience, I´´never return to this Hotel
AAndrea Antonio MagnanoThe hotel is conveniently situated near Turin Porta Susa station. It’s less than 5min walk to the station. Around the area, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants to choose from. I would suggest for constant travelers. The hotel has good selection of food for breakfast. The staff are nice and attentive.
WWEI LUNThis is a very lovely hotel, which the room is big, clean and new. It makes you feel very comfortable. the host is very nice and helpful and kind. he can provide the pick up service for his customer from from the train station , which is not far from the hotel (reasonable charge) or even to the outlet. It is difficult to get a taxi in a small town so the service for the people come here w/o driving is thoughtful ! I highly recommend the people would to stay somewhere quiet should try it !
GGuest UserThe room is good, very big, is the kind of small suite, the service is good. The location is close to the attractions, a little far from the Allianz stadium. Breakfast coffee is good, but the food is mainly bread and there is no meat, okay. There are one or two Chinese restaurants at the door.
