Very disappointed with the booking service! The reception hours are extremely limited and don’t even match the ones listed on trip.com! It was very difficult to arrange a late check-in. I had to validate my card (make a payment) through a suspicious-looking website. I had to message them constantly to ask what to do next and whether everything was okay, as they sent no confirmation or updates whatsoever. Eventually, after I contacted them again, they said the validation had failed—even though the money had already been taken from my card. This was on the morning of the check-in day, and I could have ended up on the street! I tried to call, but they didn’t answer—the phone only works Wednesday to Saturday, for just 2 hours a day! Do they really think this is customer service?! The hotel itself and the room were cozy and pleasant. In the morning, I went to breakfast, only to be told it was not included in my booking—again, not what was stated on trip.com. Reception took a long time to check things, but I’m thankful they let me eat for free in the end. The breakfast was very poor: no omelets, no sausages, and the only vegetables were a few wilted slices of tomato. Please align your actual booking process and conditions with what’s listed on Trip.com! I’d also suggest adding to the hotel description that this is primarily a hotel for elderly guests, just to give a more accurate impression. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Det var nemt at booke og god service under bookningen, da vi kommer frem har vi svært ved at finde ud af at komme ind men der er en af jeres venlig og velkendt gæst som hjælper os med at ringe til en af jeres medarbejdere på stedet som så guider os med en ny kode da vi er på stedet så en rigtig god oplevelse og ikke mindst fantastiske ferciliteter der er befinder sig på stedet og god comfort i møblerne på værelset

While the rooms are undergoing renovation, and there is definitely some noise in the morning, it hardly affects the stay negatively. There are good amenities for all kinds of stays. The hotel is a good 10 minute walk from the Koge station. Definitely recommend.

after a long day cycling, it’s a surprise to arrive at the Seaside, where you will find hospitality with sustainability. The room is excellent, design with taste and special theme. And the breakfast is a must have! Thank you owners Kris and Laila.

The environment is really first-class, because the city is so beautiful, and the scenery outside the window is picturesque. The facilities are average because the room is on the basement floor but there is no elevator! My colleague and I each had a 28-inch suitcase and carried it down by ourselves! There are many types of breakfast, and the food is fresh. Because it is close to the sea, the quality of seafood feels very good.

It is as clean as it has been remodeled. Breakfast is very simple, but you can have breakfast and boil eggs in your own way It's nice to open the windows, there is a hairdryer here The furniture is old but the bed is very comfortable. The air is good, the countryside is very comfortable, Copenhagen is too expensive, nothing is better than other hotels.

The room was small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good and check in/out was very smooth.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. Restaurant with very limited menus, a meal, a main range and a sweet (you must hope you like the ingredients used, otherwise you must move to the country a few kilometres away).

This is a family hotel. The house has been built for more than 200 years. It was recently taken over by a retired local couple. They are very enthusiastic. Locals often gather here for weddings, and it is a good place to learn about the local customs of Denmark. The rooms are small and the facilities are simple.

Nice bed and breakfast in town. The scenery is great and quiet. I love it😍
