"Great location within 10mins walk from the airport. My flight arrived late after a delay and I was in the hotel room approx 30min after landing which was so convenient. Staff were lovely and checkout time of 12pm was great after getting in late. Conveniently close to the metro to get into Valencia the next day. Not a luxury stay but very clean and would recommend."

"The location was good, but the hotel itself was a mix of conflicting feelings. We had a room with a terrace, but everything was quite old, giving the impression that the resort didn't take much care with the facilities. Regarding the temperature, they should warn you that you have to set it to 5 degrees Celsius, otherwise the thermostat is practically useless. The staff were very good, but the facilities leave much to be desired."

"This is a proper modern hotel, not a remodeled European old building. The hotel is located just across the street from the City of Arts and Sciences and Ganhe Park. The design is business but also has a holiday feel. The room is spacious enough, the service is good, and the rooftop bar overlooks the City of Arts and Sciences. The breakfast is rich, with all the cold cuts and cheeses I can think of. It's so relaxing to go to Ganhe Park for a run in the morning. I recommend staying here."

"Stayed at this hotel for the third time, but the experience was getting worse and worse. First, the room does not provide slippers and toothbrush toothpaste; Breakfast options are not much, the plates are not clean The important thing is that the room is not soundproof. The toilet in the toilet often has the sound of water. On the last night, there was a supermarket or a store downstairs. A large truck didn’t know what to carry. It started at around 1 am. It took more than two hours to stop. The porters are still talking loudly and turning on the stereo The only advantage is that the room is big enough. Next time I come to Valencia, I will not stay at this hotel."

"Best location! city centre and beach. Accessible to publ8c transport but everything is walkable. Very clean however the AC is quite not enough for the room to get cool enough during the day. Price abasolutely good for the budget it includes breakfast for 2.Me and my son are not that fussy with breakfast so the food choices was ok for us. Staff are helpful but can do with a liitle improvement with cimmunication. This female staff who doesn't look like a staff as she was not wearing a staff uniform. She was on a casual clothes with loads of jewelries and was very friendly to all the spanish speaking guess when I arrived at the breakfast room. Said to me ”what are you doing?” I was actually waiting for the kitchen staff who at that time was very busy inside the kitchen as I can see him from the little window ...I did not mind waiting at all but the female staff could have said ”how can I help you or can i help you? instead of saying what are you doing?? sounded rurde. Told her i am going to ask for more cups! but place location and cleanliness wise I highly recommend the hotel."

Ten minutes from the airport with great seaside views. The room has an industrial style, clean and practical, and breakfast is filling. It's not bad for a business trip. The only downside is the poor soundproofing, which is a common issue in European hotels.

We stayed at B&B Alicante Centro for three nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the main tourist area, which made it very convenient to explore the city without needing transportation. The room was clean and well-maintained, which is always a big plus. However, the main downside was the very poor sound insulation. You could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring rooms, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, our room was located next to the elevator, so there was constant noise from people coming and going. Despite these issues, the stay was decent thanks to the great location and cleanliness.

I liked everything; it was clean and quiet. You have to understand that this is a hostel, but no one can see you. If you don't want to, you can close your capsule and enjoy the solitude. The capsule opens with a card, which is very convenient. I felt comfortable.

Decent stay with a walking distance to old town Valencia. There is a good Korean BBQ and Chinese hotpot across the train tracks. Hotel reception is not 24 hours, so make sure you text them if you are arriving outside the operating hours. Room comes with kitchen amenities but no water provided.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Palm Avenue, Mushroom Street, and the Castle Elevator are all within walking distance. The room has two bathrooms, both with showers. The room faces east, offering direct views of the sunrise with the beach, sea, and sky right outside the window. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants just across the street – so convenient!

Travelodge Alicante Puerto – Budget-Friendly and Practical for a Short Stay I stayed at Travelodge Alicante Puerto for one night and found it to be a solid, no-frills option that does exactly what it says on the tin. The main thing to be aware of is location. The hotel is around a 20-minute walk from Alicante Old Town, so it’s slightly out of the way compared to hotels right in the historic centre. However, this distance is clearly reflected in the price, which is noticeably lower than many Old Town hotels. If you don’t mind a bit of walking or are happy to use local buses or taxis, this isn’t really an issue and can actually be quite convenient if you prefer a quieter area. The hotel itself felt modern, clean and functional. Check-in was straightforward, and the reception staff were friendly and efficient. My room was simple but comfortable, with a good bed, a decent bathroom and plenty of space for luggage. It wasn’t luxurious, but it was perfectly adequate for a short overnight stay, especially if you’re just passing through Alicante. I didn’t take breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food offering, but there are local cafés and convenience stores nearby if you prefer to eat out. The area around the hotel also feels safe and easy to navigate, which is important if you’re arriving or leaving at unusual hours. Overall, I would recommend Travelodge Alicante Puerto if you’re looking for affordable, reliable accommodation in Alicante and don’t mind being a little outside the main tourist zone. The hostel has an excellent location just in front of the river and a few step from the centre of the city and the old town of Valencia. The room is very comfortable as has lots of space however the shower and the toilet are in the same floor but far from the room. The staff were really friendly but some of them don’t speak Spanish.
