"I originally planned to book Toyoko Inn, but then I saw that this hotel was even cheaper for those two days, so I booked it instead. At just over 400 RMB a night, the value for money was pretty good. The location is excellent, right next to Odori Park. The closest subway station is Nishi 11-chome, and it's not far from Odori Station either. It's also quite close to Sapporo Station, Susukino, and the Sapporo TV Tower. Sapporo's city center isn't very large, so transportation is quite convenient. The room itself was on par with an upper-mid-range budget hotel – nothing spectacular, but perfectly decent. It was quiet and comfortable for sleeping."

"Have been to this airport 3 times, 1st time using this hotel to catch the early morning flight out. It’s ambience quite an eerie experience, a bit difficult to find the hotel initially😄 Otherwise the room was big, toilet & amneties was great! Staffs were very helpful & friendly. Would highly recommend this place if wanna good rest before flight out."

"Marvellous location!!! Hotel opened in December 2023. Nice, clean and decent-sized room. Hotel lobby has a small tea pantry with coffee machine, amenities shelf, drinks vending machine and a laundry area. Limited free snack every afternoon. Lift only accessible with your card key. Super impressed with the accessible and fantastic location. - take the airport bus and drop at Minami 3-jo Susukino. Hotel is just diagonally across the street (less than a minute walk) - when you exit from the hotel, make a u-turn to your right and you are less than a minute away from the connector of sectors 2 & 3 of Tanukikoji Shopping Street - Daiso is a 2-minute walk and Mega Don Quijote (opens 24h) is a 3-minute walk from the hotel - a mere 3-minute walk to Susukino Station or 5-minute walk to Odori Station - Family Mart and 7-Eleven are just across the street and Lawson is a 2-minute walk away - nestled right next to the intersection with a prominent and unique-looking facade, high visibility - an abundant array of dining options all around the hotel Switched to this hotel from my original choice 2 days before the trip. Couldn't have asked for more. No cap!"

"They offer a free shuttle bus from Sapporo Station, which I highly recommend taking, especially if you have luggage, as public buses might be difficult to board. The foreign staff at the front desk spoke excellent English! The hotel itself is quite spacious with a retro vibe. You can easily walk to the city center in about 20 minutes or take a few bus stops. For airport transfers, the airport shuttle picks up right outside the hotel, which is super convenient."

"This hotel, nestled in Nakajima Park, is truly perfect for families with kids. The area is so peaceful and safe. Right outside, there's a Lawson convenience store and an amazing BBQ restaurant (charcoal-grilled meat) – absolutely delicious! My child loved Nakajima Park so much, they didn't want to leave. It's ideal for a stroll with the little ones. If we weren't heading to Jozankei, I'd definitely want to stay here for a few more nights. The breakfast was also excellent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of the snowy park. After breakfast, a walk in the park was lovely, and there's even a popular cafe nearby. This is exactly what Hokkaido should feel like!"

"A very comfortable stay and one I would happily return to on a future trip to Sapporo. The room was spacious by Japanese hotel standards, well maintained, and had a grand feel without being overly luxurious. After long days of sightseeing, it was a pleasant place to return to and rest. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Sapporo Station while still being quiet and convenient. What really stood out was the practicality of the hotel. The airport limousine bus stops here, making arrivals and departures very easy. There are also luggage lockers available, and Yamato luggage delivery services can be arranged from the hotel. A small tip: if you're planning to use Yamato luggage delivery, do take note of the cut-off times and delivery schedules, as they may affect your travel plans. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and reliable base for exploring Sapporo and the surrounding areas. I would definitely stay here again by next week."

"The basics of all city hotels - location, location, location..... !!! And Hotel Stream is smacked in the heart of everything Sapporo has to offer unless you prefer a quieter and calmer spot then this hotel is NOT for you. Rooms are pretty standard in terms of size and amenities, it's, quiet, and great for city strolling. If your intention is to use this hotel as your base to do day trips to Furano & Biei, The Hill of the Buddha Moai, or the renowned Otaru (which unfortunately isn't that muchl unless you're a die hard music box & glass making fan) this is your BEST CHOICE until Hyatt House opens in Oct 2026 (a bird told me - for those Globalist out there) . Oh... a BIG tip by the way (if you've been reading till this point: request for a room with a direct view of the Sapporo's ferries wheel (not that I am a fan lol) or the view of the Nikka advertisement on my attached photo - they are worth it. It's amazing to sleep with such stunning view and wake up to one..... (check out my photos taken from my room) In case you wonder if that pic of me by the glass overlooking thr Nikka ad sign - that's the main breakfast restaurant where you will be having your daily breakfast but u have to get there early to book that seat, otherwise sit through breakfast till they close and then u get to take this photo for as long as you please...... Ok ok ok... i know I'm a little long winded. But hey... oh yeah... u need to know that you can take a limousine bus from CTS (Chitose International Airport) to Susukino which takes about 50mins on way for JPY1500 per person. Easy weasy and the from the bus stop in susukino where most will disembark - it's only a 5min walk to Hotel Stream which ISN'T that obvious as the hotel sign is NOT exactly on the building. You have to look out for a building that reads ”Coco-something” (ops forgotten the name of the building) and the hotel lobby is located on the 7th floor of that building which also house a shopping center, movie theater and numerous restaurants. If you're srill reading this - give me a like already and don't be stingy with that click will ya? Lol. Up next - I'll bee reviewing my hotel in Noboribetsu, Lake Toya, Hakodate and eventually Waldorf Astoria Osaka. Watch out for my space k. "We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, then left our luggage here while we spent a night at a hot spring hotel in Noboribetsu, before returning for another 2 nights. The front desk staff were extremely thoughtful and helpful in storing our luggage and making all the arrangements smoothly. We stayed in a triple room, which was said to be the largest available. However, for 3 people, it did feel a little bit small. Unfortunately, the breakfast restaurant was closed for upgrade for a month, so we only had the chance to enjoy it once. That was a bit of a pity."

"This hotel is super convenient! It's right across the street from JR Hakodate Station West Exit, literally a 2-3 minute walk. The Hakodate Morning Market (seafood market) is just 90 meters away. Plus, the bus terminal for all Hakodate buses is right in front of the station, so you can easily catch a direct bus to Goryokaku, the Mt. Hakodate Ropeway for night views, and the Motomachi Red Brick Warehouses. The breakfast here has an amazing reputation, offering both Japanese and Western buffet options. And get this – they even serve red and white wine, sparkling wine, and ice cream for breakfast!"
