"The service was good, standard. The location was great, almost 15 minutes or less from the historic center of the city. While the hotel itself was located inside of a plaza with lots of restaurants and small shops. The best part is that when you stay in this hotel, they give you a small 10% discount on the restaurants found in the same plaza, it was neat to have that. Just one complaint would be the food on their breakfast buffet. Even though the food in flavor was good, the options were limited and the same in every single day, which it sucks if you are staying for more than two days as having greater options like soups or cold salads would be better for travelers."

Restaurant breakfast is not self-service, ordering for the waiter, feels up to grade Disadvantages: 1. The hotel reception is on the second floor, it is not easy to find; 2. Parking lot has no logo, entrance is not easy to find; parking lot exit and entrance share single lane, inconvenient; parking lot parking space is small and quite narrow; no hotel and building share parking lot. Y solicitamos nos proporcionaran pasta dental (porque es parte de las amenidades del hotel ) y nunca nos lo llevaron. It was a brief stay for us - only one night to catch an early flight home from QRO airport. The service was excellent, the room was modern and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Located very close to a big church and square and easy access to the quaint streets of old Queretaro. The front desk person was super helpful, friendly, spoke English and helped us with arranging taxi service at 4:45am to get us to the airport! Be prepared that there are no windows in the rooms, just a french door with glass opening into the courtyard. The attached restaurant and bakery looked really nice and we would have liked to have been able to partake of the included breakfast but unfortunately our flight was too early; instead, our host prepared sandwiches for us to take with us, which was very thoughtful. Be sure to check out the view of the amazing aquaduct from the overlook a few blocks east of the big church.

Independencia Dos 7 has a very convenient location in the middle of Querétaro Centro. Easily within walking distance of most anything you would want to see in Centro. The room was attractive with a good quality king bed and a nice bathroom with shower. One negative is the dim lighting in the room. I understand it is by design, but since my room had no windows facing outside, I was always in this dimly lit space. The only windows in the room faced right into the reception area of the hotel. Everyone who passed through reception would look directly into my roof unless the curtains were drawn. All interactions with hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Pricing for the room was very fair.

I went to visit customers nearby and stayed in this hotel. It is very convenient. The most important thing is that the service is very good. The night before leaving the store, I pestered the lady at the front desk to ask about the transportation method of Queretaro to Mexico City Airport. The ticket was printed out for me. It was nearly an hour before and after. I didn’t feel impatient at all. I didn’t want to tip the young lady, but I forced to give it to her later. Because I stayed for 2 nights, I left a tip for cleaning the room the next day, but I left it intact and didn't take it (is it too small). When I went to the customer’s side, the front desk made an appointment for the morning car. The hotel arranged a car to take me off, and there was no charge. There is a large shopping mall, liverpool, about 5 minutes' walk away. If you have time, you can go shopping. There is a large supermarket where you can buy some local things and bring them back to your country as gifts.

This hotel is out of the ordinary, being an ancient hacienda remodelled to provide a high standard of modern amenities. There is an extensive range of facilities, including horseback rides, tennis courts, a huge pool, and games rooms with pool tables. There are lots of activities at the weekends which unfortunately we missed as our stay was two nights midweek, but nevertheless we enjoyed every minute of our time here. Food is prepared to a high standard and the service is excellent.

This hotel is located in a relatively central location. The room is large, but the lighting is poor. This is because we couldn't draw up the curtains during the day since the room was visible from outside. The biggest problem for the room is it has no table space. Image a large room with a few very small tabletops. We ended up putting things on the floor. The large space is totally wasted.
