"Nice and quiet hotel.Love the background view of limestone hill. Have not tried the food since there are a lot of good food options in nearby town. This is our second time staying here. Cleanliness can be improved, low water pressure, bed lamp broken and dirty wall."

"I have to start with my highest rating first. The service provided by the gentleman who checked me in was top tier! Super sweet guy. Service was 10/10. I only stayed one night and didn’t explore the amenities so it wasn’t fair to give a poor rating. The cleanliness was okay, nothing terribly.  While the location itself was pretty peaceful, I’d definitely avoid this hotel, only IF you do not have your own transportation. It’s pretty impossible to get a Grab driver out to that location so that was the only downfall for me."

Climate Control & Infrastructure: The in-room AC system is highly efficient, cooling the space to a comfortable temperature within minutes. Additionally, the bathroom is well-proportioned with excellent water pressure and a complete suite of complimentary toiletries. Modern Technology: The inclusion of a Smart TV with seamless access to streaming platforms like Netflix and YouTube significantly enhanced the in-room entertainment experience. Property Ambience: The hotel maintains a highly pleasant olfactory branding strategy; a subtle, welcoming fragrance is consistently present from the main lobby through to the guest corridors. Areas for Improvement (Operational & Service Delivery) Front Desk Engagement: There was a noticeable lack of welcoming engagement from the reception staff during both the check-in and check-out processes. While operations were functional, a more hospitable and customer-centric demeanor would greatly improve the arrival and departure experience. Rigid Housekeeping Policies: When requesting an additional towel, I was informed by housekeeping that this would incur an extra fee. Charging for basic linens feels counterintuitive to a premium guest experience and lacks a guest-first approach. Management Outlook: There appears to be a systemic complacency regarding guest relations, potentially driven by high occupancy rates and strong business demand. High volume should not compromise standard hospitality practices. Conclusion The physical property is in excellent condition, which ultimately guaranteed a comfortable and productive stay. While the hardware of the hotel is top-tier, the software specifically staff hospitality and guest policies requires refinement. Return Intention: Probable, contingent upon the prioritization of service standards."

"I recently stayed at a mid-range hotel that was decent overall but nothing too memorable. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, and the staff were polite during check-in. However, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent, and the walls were a bit thin, so noise from nearby rooms could be heard at night. The breakfast had limited options, but the location was convenient and close to shops and restaurants. Overall, it was an average experience — acceptable for the price, but with room for improvement."

"Location is the biggest win. Very convenient- location walking distance to mamak stall, speedmart99 and self laundry. The room was clean and the amenities were fair. Would be perfect if they add set for toothbrush as well. Recommended!"

"For Key and checkin, go to restaurant Hai Thien, and ask cashier. Excellent value for money. Newly renovated. Everything is new and clean. I had great sleep. Bed, lilen, pillow, towel all new and clean. Water pressure good and hot water works well. Single room small and well equipped. I had great stay oversll.Near Jetty and 5 min walk take you near Masjid Hussein. Opposite Masjid Hussein got Zus Coffee. For me, this is best location, if you want to unwind and relax. Sitting near sea shore good for mind and body.Highly recommended for Solo, Couple and Budget traveler. Will come again"

"Everything about the hotel is acceptable except the staff, it's like they are underpaid and couldn't care less with their work, not friendly, and try don't have any butler or bellboy to help with the luggage, doesn't help is fine, mak face is another...they even scold you for parking at at roofed carpark and claimed it's for staff, I haven't found any hotel in the world that doesn't prioritize their customer over their staff.."

"The hotel is clean and worth the price. Booking 2 bliks and side requests and the hotel owner fulfills. Area near bendang. Very calm atmosphere. In sha Allah will repeat again when I go to Kangar."

"The hotel is okay. The only concerned is that there are stairs to get to the elevator. It would be a problem for those on wheelchair."
