I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The restaurant was excellent, and every meal was delicious and well prepared. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax. Most of all, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always making me feel welcome. Thanks to their hospitality, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Excellent location, within walking distance to the Thamel area. It's close enough to be convenient but far enough to be quiet. We were offered warm drinks during check-in, which was a nice touch, especially in winter. The room was very clean and quiet, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a cake for us. The laundry service was also very convenient and efficient. All the staff were very helpful. The gentleman who helped with our luggage even assisted us in identifying our car by its license plate (as all license plates here use Arabic numerals), and the front desk staff helped us book bus tickets.

There were 4 huge cockroaches in my room. I killed 2, the other 2 were running around. I did not know how many more cockroaches were hiding in the room. I called reception to request for a change of room. Staff came quite promptly and assisted with change of room, which thankfully was much cleaner and without cockroaches. Definitely not a good first impression for a first-timer staying in the hotel. Other than that, hotel lobby and cafe were decent looking and clean.

I stayed at the Royal Boutique Hotel in Kathmandu and had a very positive experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, particularly for those needing quick access to the airport. One of the standout features was the complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service. Both transfers were delivered smoothly and on time, which made my arrival and departure stress-free.

The hotel is conveniently located and the room had a nice traditional design. However, I encountered a strong smell in the room, which made my stay uncomfortable. I burned incense to improve the air, which unexpectedly led to a dispute with the hotel about compensation. The amount they requested was surprisingly high and difficult for me to understand. Eventually, the issue was resolved through the booking platform, but the experience was stressful and not something I expected on my trip. I hope the hotel can handle such situations with more flexibility and understanding in the future

A noteworthy mention is the hotel's convenient proximity to Boudha Stupa, a mere 10-minute walk away. This made our visits to the stupa incredibly convenient and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in its serene atmosphere. What sets this hotel apart is not only its remarkable amenities and services but also the unique opportunity it offers. The daily free yoga and meditation sessions held within the monastery on the premises are truly transformative. We highly recommend inquiring about the schedule from the attentive hotel staff – it's an experience that added immeasurable value to our stay. I stayed at Hyatt Centric Kathmandu and was pleasantly surprised — the room was actually better than in the photos! Spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the mountains, the city, and even the Monkey Temple. Definitely a highlight of the stay. The rooftop pool was decent, not too crowded and with a nice ambiance. I also ordered room service once — the food was just okay, and the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, especially for a Hyatt. The selection was quite limited for this brand's usual standard. One downside was my arrival experience. I came down from a taxi and noticed there were no bellboys or concierge staff outside to help with my luggage — maybe due to a staff shortage? Only once I approached the lobby did a staff member assist me and take my bags to the room. Thankfully, check-in itself was smooth and fast, and I appreciated being allowed to enter my room before the standard 2 PM check-in time. The welcome drink was also a nice touch. All in all, the room and view were excellent — probably the best part of this Hyatt. Just a bit more attention to guest arrival and food variety would make the experience even better.

Clean. Nice selection of breakfast. The concierge was professional and helpful. The valet staff was very helpful with the taxis. The reception desk staff was not quite familiar with his work. 1. Couldn’t find my booking. 2. Miscalculated the number of nights to stay 3. Didn’t realize the room was prepaid and was going to charge again. But he acknowledged his mistakes.

The hotel is conveniently situated right behind of the Garden of Dreams. Just a short walking distance to the busy Thamel area. The vicinity has convenience stores, cafes, eateries and pharmacy. The room is quite small but it's alright for a short stay. The bed wasn't quite as comfortable as other hotels that I've stayed. Very basic fitness facility in the hotel, do wish that they would make the gym bigger and better equipped. The breakfast buffet is good enough for some fuel before heading out to explore. Omelette could definitely be improved but I do like the mushrooms and bacon with my omelette. They also have a soup station which you can pick what you want to go into your soup. The soy latte was nicely done. Some day they serve the chocolate cake which is a must try. Staffs are very well trained and speaks good english. I'd definitely recommend staying here for the value for money, fantastic location and good hospitality.

Stayed for 3 nights and was truly amazed by the hospitality. The room was spotless, the location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel has a modern look, the food was delicious, and any issues were handled promptly and professionally. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!
