Because I booked the wrong room type, I asked Ctrip to help communicate and change the room type as soon as I made the reservation, and confirmed that it had been changed. However, when I arrived at the front desk, it was still not changed, and finally I was given an extra bed.
WIFI is very slow and unstable.
There are a lot of houses under construction around, so it's quite noisy.

This hotel is centrally located in Riyadh, right across from Kingdom Tower. There's a small supermarket nearby, and a Chinese restaurant about a kilometer away. The metro station is just a few hundred meters from the hotel, but public transport in Riyadh isn't very developed, so you'll still need to use Uber to get around. The hotel service is excellent.

Facilities: The hotel reception is a bit small and the hotel is next to Ibis. But the overall environment is quite large and nice. There are many breakfast options.
Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean. I only stayed for one night. I felt very clean and comfortable when I checked in.
Environment: You must pay attention. He will arrange a room with a loud external radio. You must ask him to change the room, otherwise your ears will explode. This is why I don’t give a high score for the environment.

The hotel is fantastic overall, especially the front desk staff who were incredibly helpful. It's wonderfully quiet, with absolutely no noise or disturbances. They were also very accommodating, allowing us a generous late check-out on our departure day. We truly appreciate all the services provided.

The hotel's single room is well-equipped, but the mold is large. The double room is small, and there is no washstand, just a wall-mounted washbasin. There is a mosque next door, and the loud speaker on the minaret starts shouting before 4 a.m. every day. People with poor sleep quality are not recommended to stay here

It’s an amazing experience to see how Saudi people hospitality and kind to Chinese . I m driving for 5 hrs Fromm Dubai to Riyadh for an exhibition. It’s too early to check in as there are all rooms occupied. But the duty managers were working hard to arrange a room for me even considering to offer their apartments nearby for my accommodation. I m touched not because of their general but their trust in our Chinese . All perfect !!! Not matter environments , service , equipments but also price reasonable.

The hotel's front desk service is excellent. The sofa in the lobby is very comfortable to sit on. The room is tidy.
When requests are made, they can be handled immediately. However, there is not much hot water in the bathroom. You need to pay attention to the time when taking a bath.

Dear All,
About my experience in this hotel, We arrived before the check-in time the employee was helpful and understanding and allowed us for early check-in with a clean room, good smell and excellent temperature that allowed us to rest. Moreover, the room can be dark no lights in.. to help us sleep and rest also. Exactly what we needed the hotel was quite also. Finally we liked it and we will come again.
The service is appreciated and thanks for the support and opportunity’s booking this hotel.

GGuest UserFirst of all, I really loved this place, it has a warm feeling, if you’re alone you will have lots of friends to cheer you up, I made a lot of friends there, and it was soooooo good hostel, clean, quiet,and all of the people there are so friendly, ihsan is the owner of the hostel he is so gentle and always love to help us out, if someone need a place to stay or even to have good friends, this place is suitable for what you need, and it’s not expensive at all~

The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues.

TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.

The bell service was welcoming and aided us in taking our luggage
Upon my check in the receptionist was very respectful , welcoming , addressed our issues regarding the room with ease
Once we reached our room faisal sulaiman from the bell service helped in delivering the bags , he was fun and made our night. During the breakfast time, an Arab lady that always stand infront of the dining room , I appreciated her that she remembered us and the table that we used to have our breakfast on , I was happy that the waiters pay attention to the details . Moreover , all the waiters were very helpful in aiding us with getting the food that we want , welcoming and smiling . I liked the atmosphere of the dining room , as if you are living in a palace !, Mr,Faizan was always asking about our health and how was our stay , he always made sure that our experience during the breakfast time was fantastic and to the upper limit . We received a hospitality by Mr.Turki from the reception , thank you for your generosity . While we checked out we asked the concierge for a golf car to drop us to via Riyadh they made sure that it arrives early , special thank to them . And during our last moment from our stay , the bell service were always that received us with a smile and farewell us with a smile . Thank you ritz Carlton for the experience

GGuest UserThere are 72 rooms. When we went there, the 2nd and 3rd floors were being renovated. There were not many guests. There are only 6 floors, so it is not crowded at all. The elevator is fast. The gym is available for ladies to use, and the laundry is cheap.

ZZhonggongxiaoxinzongThe surrounding area is really bad; it's hard to find places to shop or eat, and you always need a taxi. The hotel's service attitude was also poor. I checked out a day early, and they refused to refund the price difference, even with Ctrip's intervention. What's more, I left a power bank worth over 300 RMB in the room, and they didn't bother to inform me, it was just overlooked! I ended up losing over 1000 RMB, including the room fee and power bank. I will never book a hotel under Accor again. Even as a Gold Accor member, I'm utterly disgusted with their hotels!
