Unfortunately there’s nothing around and if you don’t have a car, you probably need to get a taksi to get to some restaurants. Location - close to the airport, relatively far from the bus station and about a 10 minute drive to the airport. Service - staff were friendly Cleanliness - it could have been better, there were marks on the floor and the shower head didn’t work properly coz it was probably clogged with dirt Amenities - no soap or vanity kits in the bathroom, only shampoo"

"I stayed on the 11th floor, but we were woken up by extremely loud music at 1:30 AM. Apparently, there was a wedding. Our night was ruined despite being exhausted from travel at that late hour. The staff could only say, 'Yes, you're right.' We changed rooms at 1:30 AM, but even the new room on the 7th floor still had music noise. Did we come here to rest or to suffer? I will never stay at this hotel again, and I'll be sharing this issue with everyone I know."

"Excellent location, inside a quiet historical neighborhood (very atmospheric). There were small difficulties in finding a car car, but everything was found. The room is good, clean, but we were first offered a room next to the smoke room, and there was a bad smell of tobacco + the inability to open the window. But we were replacing the room on request to a similar and no smell. Breakfast is delicious, the staff is very nicely recommended hot traditional dishes they can cook (something was sharp, better to clarify, but everything is delicious). And a separate thank you to the staff member of the Respshen Cagkan for the hospitality and help with our questions."

We were happy with breakfast. Hamam, you say the hour you will come to the reception if you want the sauna. The hotel is prepared and that section is of yours and your family for 1 hour. The location is beautiful. We have accessed the airport 15 minutes, the centre 15 minutes. Erciyese 30 minutes. We have accessed everywhere without traffic in the holidays. If you don't stay directly in Erciye, the first choice must be Moonday Hotel."

This hotel is ideal for those arriving or leaving by train - the station is across the road! That does mean there was some train noise - I enjoyed that - but there are only a handful of trains for those not so keen. I was on the top floor facing the station and road - when I closed the windows, traffic noise almost disappeared. It is a couple of km to the centre of town, which is why I only made location a 4, but there are plenty of buses. There are some fast food places nearby - the pizza place is pretty good. Hotel supplied breakfast, pretty standard for Turkey: sausage, cheese, bread, some veg, hot chips, eggs and tea. The room was great - comfortable bed, a very useful desk and chair as well as a soft chair to relax in, decent shower and good wifi. I stayed three nights - they didn't service my room (I actually prefer that) but it was nice and clean to begin with. They had forgotten to supply a cup, but I grabbed one from another room. All in all, a very pleasant hotel, and at the lower price point for the area.

The hotel is clean and warm. There were two of us - me and my daughter. Very expensive breakfast (it's all designed for Europeans, but for us - Russians - it's expensive - 1200 rubles per person). We stayed in Kayseri, Ibis, and went skiing in Erciyes. Transfer from the hotel to Erciyes is 350 lira per person per day. It was expensive for us. The hotel said that there is no public transport from Kayseri to Erciyes. Of course, this is not true. We found a minibus, there and back 120 lira / person.

The hotel is quite basic and small, but overall it's decent. The location is close to the ski center. The breakfast is similar to a Turkish breakfast and is acceptable, as I am familiar with it. However, the service isn’t very good, possibly because they have many guests. Ps. I want to thank the doorman uncle (forgot to asking his name) —he was very helpful and a very nice person.

Dit is ons derde 3 keer dat we een verblijf hebben hier, zonder twijfel weer geboekt en uiterst tevreden. Het is een stedentrip en en hebt alle voorzieningen. Het is modern ingericht en in een rustige wijk, wanneer ik de drukte wil opzoeken ga ik daarheen. Zo niet kan ik rustig uitrusten. Ik de avond mooi uitzicht op de bergen.

The hotel is not bad for a night, for such a price of 2310₽ a night is a gift. Dirty floors and curtains hanging on an honest word. There is no kettle or water in the room and all the shampoos 2 pcs. are open, without caps. The shower is good, there is always hot water, but after washing the whole toilet room is flooded with water, because only a hole in the floor. There is no soundproofing and until midnight you can not fall asleep, everyone rattles, makes noise and talks loudly. Very uncomfortable high pillows, but a comfortable bed. The room is smoky and the closet smells of feet, you can not hang things. We did not take breakfast, but it is there and not bad, we saw how people ate and felt a delicious smell, they were frying pancakes for breakfast from 4:00 in the morning. The cheapest rooms and with bad doors are on the 5th floor, on the other floors the doors are cooler. But for a night, I repeat, not bad and not expensive.
