Kom El-Dikka

Great archeological site to visit for every history lover and not only. Quite a big site with a massive collection of ancient statues and monuments to visit with cheep entry tickets as well. They are still digging and discovering new artefacts all the time. I personally visited this site as part of a day trip around Alexandria. i highly recommend this way as you will find out a lot of interesting stuff from your tour guide. The old villa on site with mosaics flooring is truly making an impression. I highly recommend visiting this site during your stay in Alexandria as part of a day tour and there is many different tour organisers to choose from.
