The first impression is that there is no luggage porter at the door, you have to carry your own luggage, the first feeling when entering the hotel, this is not a real five-star hotel, I think at most four stars, more like an apartment, staying in Indigo, Kimpton does not have this feeling. The lobby public area is rectangular in design, with many flowers and plants. The public area only has a bar on the first floor, which gives me the feeling of a bit of a boutique hotel design concept, the sense of space is high and comfortable. The room I stayed in was a suite, diamond card members have double breakfast and upgrade a suite, the suite area is about 54 square meters, the living room comes with a simple kitchen. The room minibar fridge is empty. I can't see from anywhere in this room that this brand is of five-star standard, the Intercontinental Group has raised its flag for it, but its own hardware facilities are just of Holiday Inn standard. The bedroom bedding is not very good, the bedding is too hard, not comfortable and soft enough, the overall design of the bedroom is also very cramped. The bath products are KARL LAGERFELD brand, large bottles fixed on the wall, the whole design of the bathroom is also very cramped. This luxury choice in Bangkok has a lot of room for improvement, the only impression I have of this hotel is that the breakfast on the 2nd floor is very good.
