Zheng Wang Temple Guide

Zheng Wang Temple, originally built during the Da Cheng Dynasty, is located on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River in the twin city of Thonburi, Thailand. It is a famous temple in Thailand and one of the royal temples of Thailand. Personally, I think it's a very worthwhile spot to check in, and for taking photos📷, it's even better than the Grand Palace! ⚠️Important Notes: 1. Admission time: Don't arrive at Zheng Wang Temple at 5 or 6 o'clock sharp, especially for the ladies who want to rent Thai costumes and take photos, although the admission time is stated to be until 6 o'clock, in reality, the staff will promptly ask you to leave the park at 6 o'clock! 2. Transportation strategy: If you choose public transportation BTS+RMT, it takes about 14 minutes to walk to Zheng Wang Temple (950 meters); if there are four people traveling together, you can choose to take a taxi, but taxis in Bangkok are not cheap and it's very congested. 3. Boat guide: Turn right from the main gate of Zheng Wang Temple, and you will find the local ferry at pier No. 8, which is very cheap at only 100 baht (1 yuan RMB). Don't believe the touts for tourist boats, you will be overcharged hundreds of RMB! 4. Snacks and drinks: You can buy them on this old street in front of Zheng Wang Temple, although it's also tourist pricing, it's cheaper than the shops across the river (near the Grand Palace), where the restaurant's milk tea and fruit juice cost 30-40 RMB! 5. Thai costume styling: The price is generally between 200-300 baht, try to get to the shop early to change clothes and dress up, because when it's crowded, you may have to queue! 6. Avoiding scams: Don't easily believe strangers who strike up a conversation, saying they have never seen RMB and ask you to show them, only to find that after you show them, the RMB is not right! (The amount is less, there are counterfeit bills, etc.) 7. Safety issues: From personal experience, ordinary citizens in Thailand are quite friendly and enthusiastic, and many people will help you without expecting anything in return!
