Stay in Yading Village at 4,000 meters, with a view of the sacred mountain from your window!

Day 1: Short route (Pearl Lake + Chonggu Temple) Arrive at the park at noon and reach Zhaguanbeng; the weather is not good. Take an easy 1.8 km walk along the plank road to Pearl Lake, where the reflection of Xianuodiri Mountain is like a mirror, and squirrels are everywhere! Visit Chonggu Temple to experience Tibetan Buddhist culture, and take stunning photos of the snow mountains on the meadow in front of the temple. Overnight in Yading Village to avoid having to buy another shuttle ticket for re-entry from outside the park. Day 2: Long route (Ranwu Heavy Snow, Milk Five-Color Lake closed, only Gongga Lake accessible) When the weather improves, take the shuttle bus from Yading Village (about 10 minutes) to Zhaguanbeng, then transfer to the electric cart to Luorong Pasture (round trip 70 yuan, recommended). Hike from Luorong Pasture to Gongga Lake (1.8 km), round trip. Then hike from Luorong Pasture to Sacred Water Lake (3 km, this section has absolutely beautiful scenery, highly recommended to hike). From Sacred Water Lake, take the electric cart back to Chonggu Temple. If the weather is ideal, you can wait at Chonggu Meadow for the golden sunlight on the mountain. Take the shuttle bus out of the park.
