In Seoul, there are way too many cafe to visit and it is impossible to do cafe hopping. Most of the tending cafe are outside of Seoul and you might have to drive or rent a driver to do cafe hopping. If you take public transport then I think doing 2 cafe a day is still ok. At Susan Park, it is cashless and you can choose where you want to sit. There are both indoor and outdoor seatings and I suggest eating at the counter table so you can get better views.
