The lights go off around 9:30 pm, so it's best to take pictures with flash or bring your own fill light before then; the night cherry blossoms look the best just after dusk. There are a lot of people, but also a lot of flowers, and the trees are tall, big, and dense, perfectly situated by the bridge, it's great for taking portraits! The blossoms are very dense these days! Hurry up! And the park scenery is very beautiful!
