Here, people often say that the beauty of winter is best represented by the snow on Phoenix Mountain, with miles of ice sealing the landscape and snow drifting across thousands of miles. Walking in the mountains, it feels as if you are in a pure white world. Distant mountains undulate under a blanket of white snow, and nearby, rime ice forms in patches, a sight too beautiful for words.
