What 2023 taught me

What 2023 taught me: • I love hiking and I really CAN hike! • Nature is my playground and Home • Life is possible outside the little box we were taught to be “safe” • It is possible to love ourselves and come back to a place of power • You don’t need external validations for you are already LOVED • People react because of stories in their heads, that usually come from a place of lack - and we don’t have to buy into it • There’s no need to overthink or get too serious in life • Recognize impermanence, focus on what’s important and repeatedly let go of the rest • I can LET GO Dear 2024, welcome! I dont know yet where I’m headed but, I’m READY. I choose to LIVE LIFE. And not be a prisoner to worries, fears and procrastinations.
