Luoyang has it too!! It's finally open!!!

It was so crowded at lunchtime! I waited half an hour for a table. I ordered a few dishes, and they were all pretty good – authentic Yunnan flavors, sour, spicy, and appetizing. The braised pork and stinky tofu rice noodles were delicious; the pork and stinky tofu were stewed until tender and flavorful. The Lincang passion fruit sour and spicy fish was excellent; the fish was very fresh, the broth was rich and sour, and the tofu was flavorful with a refreshing fruity sweetness. The stir-fried garlic and crispy fried tripe was mildly spicy and became more fragrant with each chew. The lemongrass-flavored crispy intestines had a unique flavor, were refreshing, and went well with rice.
