About my trip to Luoyang - 2.5 days

Day 1. Longmen Grottoes + Luoyi Ancient City + Ten-Mile Snack Street Departed from Wuhan on Thursday evening, K1348 - 23:48 - 7:39, from Wuchang to Luoyang Station. Arrived after a nap. After dropping off luggage at the hotel, it was time for a shopping spree! Longmen Grottoes: Very impressive, with very few complete Buddha statues. Suggested route: West Gate Grottoes - East Gate Grottoes - Xiangshan Temple - Baiyuan Garden. Comfortable shoes are recommended as there are many stairs. After the visit, you can take a sightseeing bus back to the Longmen Grottoes ticket office for easy return to the city. Duration: 2-4 hours Luoyi Ancient City: Reservations can be made online. There are many cosmetic shops nearby, and many young women were taking photos and enjoying themselves in the ancient city. Watched two performances of "The Heavenly Maiden Scattering Flowers" (6 PM/6:30 PM), which were very beautiful! There were also NPC fairy flash mobs, matchmaking by the God of Love, and now the Tianchao Music Festival (which I didn't go to). Ten-Mile Snack Street: It's really long and crowded. All the food I researched had long queues. In the end, I bought Chaoshan grilled beef balls, which were delicious. After experiencing the bustling night market, I went back to my guesthouse to rest. Day 2. Luoyang Museum + Makeup Luoyang Museum: I booked a guided tour for 40 RMB per person. Electronic devices can be rented for 20 RMB each, excluding headphones. Headphones can only be purchased separately for 10 RMB each. Makeup: I had a makeup session in the afternoon and went to Jiuzhou Pond for photos. After removing the makeup, I went to Yingtian Gate and Mingtang. Day 3. White Horse Temple + Return Trip White Horse Temple: It's very comfortable inside, suitable for leisurely walking and experiencing. I recommend booking a guided tour; I didn't this time. Regarding tickets: I bought the Luoyang 99 RMB combo ticket, which was very convenient and included 6 attractions. You can order it through the "One Code Tour Luoyang" app. Transportation: Subway/bus/taxi are all quite convenient. Food: Since I was alone, I couldn't really find much to eat, so I can't give any specific recommendations. The people of Luoyang, young and old, are incredibly hospitable!!! Also, the trip itself is what makes it worthwhile.
