Passalacqua Hotel is a luxury hotel located on the shores of Lake Como, Italy. 🕍 History and Location: The hotel building dates back to 1787 and once belonged to Pope Innocent IX. It was later renovated by Count Andrea. Italian composer Vincenzo Bellini created works here. Historical figures such as Napoleon and Churchill also visited. In 2018, the De Santis family acquired the property, and after renovations, it reopened in 2022. Situated on a hill by Lake Como, it offers stunning lake views. 🥂 Architecture and Services: The hotel consists of three main buildings: Palazz, Villa, and Casa al Lago, with a total of 24 suites. Palazz, built in 1787, features a neoclassical interior; Villa has 12 rooms ranging from 40 to 120 square meters; Casa al Lago has 4 lakeside rooms, allowing close contact with Lake Como. Facilities include a spa, outdoor gym, private dock, and services such as customized lake cruises, luxury spa treatments, top Italian cuisine, bespoke wine tastings, and historical cultural tours. ✨ Stay Experience: Had a great sleep at Passalacqua 😌 Woke up to the lake breeze on the terrace, touched the smooth handrails of the old stairs in the afternoon, and fell asleep to the sound of the lake at night.
