#newyearadventure #throwback Lobster shack factory tour Joined a tour, and it brought us to a short trip to the LIVE lobster processing plant at Lobster Shack. It was really informative to find out how the Western Rock Lobster was captured in the wild and transported into shore. It was not a very big processing plant, but it was sufficient for us to enjoy our lobster meal thereafter the tour.
