Liu He, known as 'old money,' and his Haimao Marquis Museum, the museum with the most gold

The first-generation Marquis of Haihun, Liu He, grandson of Emperor Wu of Han, was a true embodiment of 'old money.' His tomb unearthed hundreds of kilograms of gold, more than ten tons of copper coins, as well as countless bronze vessels and musical instruments, giving concrete form to the phrase 'the bells toll and the cauldrons sing' with his wealth. Thanks to his financial power, the Haihun Marquis Heritage Site Museum has become a top attraction in Nanchang, and even a Han dynasty emperor with little presence, Liu He, now has a namesake documentary titled 'The Marquis of Haihun,' which I highly recommend watching before visiting. The museum is quite far from the city center, so it's advisable to refer to the official WeChat account for transportation guidance. Following the guide, I took the subway from Nanchang West Station to Changjiang Road, then a taxi to the museum, which cost 80 yuan. For the return trip, I took bus 666 to the subway station. When I visited, the buses back to the city center departed at 14:30, 16:00, and 17:00, so plan your time accordingly, as it's difficult to hail a taxi for the return journey.
