The block has six ancient streets with well-preserved street patterns, such as Dalu Street, County Lane, Back Street, Yihou Road, Temple Front Road and Fang Lane, etc. The contiguous Ming and Qing ancient buildings form a landscape area with Putian's local traditional characteristics. Putian Xian Opera originated in the Tang Dynasty, was established in the Song Dynasty, flourished in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and shone in modern times.
