The 🎄Christmas market to not miss on Rockbund pedestrian street in Shanghai Getting there by subway would be better than a Taxi/DiDi because of the traffic around that area. Tickets 🎫 are only 20RMB online and 30RMB at the door. You’d be disappointed at the entrance if you wait until then to buy a ticket. Attractions - The lights , variety of stalls, picturesque street and merry go round for kids. Don’t miss out on unofficial photo booths behind or between the stalls, not forgetting the great Christmas tree with all the ornaments under the sun. Hotels - there are lots of hotels within walking distance. Food & Restaurants - You definitely feel like you’re anywhere but China. There aren’t only German food,but food from all over the globe made by natives themselves. I mostly enjoyed the Swiss chocolate ice cream 🍨 on my warm waffle🧇 . I also got to learn more about Arabic food and had a beef schwarma, which I had not had in years. There were more than enough stalls with good and warm mulled wine. The Nutella 🫔🍫pancakes queue was the longest, consider yourself lucky if you get hold of that gem. Shopping - shop all types of Christmas 🎁 gifts for your loved ones.
