Most favorite amusement park in Jakarta. They offer annual pass ticket, if you have plan to visit here more than one in a year, it’s recommended to buy the annual pass ticket. Make sure to come early if you want to buy fast track access due to limited only for 300 ticket each day. You can also enjoy Dufan at night every 24 and 25 each month. The Dufan project was launched in the early 1980s, at which time Ancol was still under the leadership of Mr. Handogo Soekarno, who served as head of the Ancol Dreamland Park promotion division. At that time, Handogo gave a mandate to Benny Benhardi to create illustrations using Birds Eye View. This work was carried out at the Balai Samudra Architecture office under the direction of Mr. Sutisna and also senior architect Budi Priambodo and several draftsmen. Ancol Dreamland

You have to pay to get into this area . Once in the area there are many amusement places you can go to but you have to pay another entry to get into them. Dufan is my favourite place. Its an amusement park filled with many rides suitable for young kids to adults. Bring extra clothing cos you'll get wet in some rides. The whole are are also well maintained. The public toilet it's clean! And public facility also sponsored by the management, like the carpet to sit by the beach's pedestarian. They provided a free bus to go around the north side and the south side but during public holiday, the bus is jam packed and people tried to squeeze in, better walk although it is tiring. They also try to always provide amusement, inviting local musician, fireworks, etc. Nice place, nice ambience. #urbanexplorer #besttrip

Feels Bali inside the mall

If you wanna feels Balinese ambiance in South Tangerang, Ubud Paradise is the place. Located in the roof top of the Living World mall, Alam Sutera, this place used to be a restaurant. Currently, it becomes an open air space with green plants, where you can breath in fresh air and enjoy the view from the height. This place can be accessed from the mall. Living Kitchen is a big food court in Living World Mall, Alam Sutera Tangerang. Located at fourth floor (next to XXI cinema), this food court offers spacious and cozy place to enjoy your foods and drinks. The layout is nice. You can chose private spaces for two to four people, or try swing seats while eating. It also suitable for big group gathering. There are many choice of dishes and drinks to choose here. Snow sensation at Living World

Living World mall in Alam Sutera offers exciting snowy plays for kids. This temporary attraction available for around a month to give sensation playing on the snow for children. At first I didn't think there was a cafe in the complex as good as this, in my opinion this is one of the most comfortable cafes plus the waiters are really friendly. Oh, what I like the most here is the prayer room which is very instagramable. Mendoan Pecel

As a tourist, this is my first time trying this. I don’t even know what is the food is, until I ask the details from the “ibu” (a respected woman) Mendoan Pecel is a Traditional Indonesian Food, which is quite a common food for the local here. Mendoan is a fried food that usually made of Tempeh or taufu (soy based). Pecel here refers to the vegetables salad served with peanut gravy. Hotel Santika BSD City

I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Santika BSD City. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! Love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. While I did not get there in time to eat at restaurant, have heard amazing reviews on the restaurant. Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat. Overall, I had a great experience with the Hotel Santika BSD City; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD City

Stayed here for an entire week due to business event happening at ICE which is just beside the hotel, beds were comfy and toilets were clean. Room cleaning is on point and everything is well maintained. The good side of the hotel is that it's beside ICE so if you have business there then this is the place to stay plus at night it gets pretty quiet so you can be assured of a good rest. The downside is that the hotel being located away from the city just as the convention centre beside it, there isn't many nearby stores or restaurants except AEON mall which is about 15mins walk away, I would recommend you get a grab instead of walking. Experience Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD

#wheretogo Hotel Santika Premiere Ice is the only hotel connected directly to the ICE EXHIBITION CENTER . here for a business trip to attend conference in ICE BSD City, this is very convenient for business traveller just walk access to the exhibition center . the disadvantage is there is no any mall or shop nearby walking distance you will need to take shuttle or transportation to go to the nearer mall to shop for grocery or eat. I am lucky enough t to upgrade to the suite room , is comfortable and spacious. swimming pool located at the rooftop with a view and a very small gym too. Mercure Alam Sutera Serpong

Unlike some of the posts I’ve read in other places, I found the Mercure Serpong to be clean, inviting and downright classic! The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back! I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Tangerang. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much. Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera

The room is really good, even the superior room is spacious, nice, well lit, with good amenities, the location also great, but comparing to my other stays before the pandemic, the service is kind of less than I expected for a four star hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful, however, guess because of the pandemic, it seems that they are under staff. I stayed from Friday - Monday, and when I arrived, there is no one to stand by near the door to help me take out all my belongings from the car. There is this security check post, but it's not being used as well. For the pandemic precaution, they do provide hand sanitizers with adequate numbers in public spaces, the staff also used proper masks and face shields, and they do provide one for the guests when you ask, there is also an automatic infrared thermometer to check your temperature without touching it. Location is top notch. Modern shopping mall is next door, and tons of eateries are within walking distance.
