Wat Chalatharasinghe (Wat Phithak Phaendin Thai)

Wat Chonlatharasinghe (Wat Phithak Phaendin Thai) is an ancient temple built at the end of the reign of King Rama IV. In the temple grounds, there are many beautiful Buddhist structures in southern Thai art, such as the Ubosot built in the reign of King Rama V. There are beautiful murals painted by monks from Songkhla and they reflect the lifestyle and culture of the southern region in a particularly interesting way.
