This sight can be best experienced between November and February. -Wat Kham Chanot is considered to be the birth place of Phayanak, a deity most often represented in his snake form. people come from all over the country to make merit and gain fortune from it. -Sala Keoku just north of Udon, in Nong Khai is a unique park with beautiful and majestic Buddhist statues.
