The main stem of the Tang River divides Wutian Old Street into east and west sides, with convenient transportation due to the surrounding rivers. Walking on Wutian Old Street, with green bricks and black tiles, traditional houses from the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China are connected along the bank, scattered and orderly. The drip tiles are carved with auspicious patterns, the quiet and exquisite carved beams and painted buildings are full of ancient charm, and the strings of red lanterns all remind people of the prosperity and tranquility of Wutian Old Street in the past. Riverside arcades, wharfs, and lanes are unique, and 'banyan, pavilion, bridge, temple, water street' can be seen everywhere in the block.
