Xima Terrace (4)

In early 1986, in order to commemorate the tragic hero Xiang Yu who overthrew the tyranny of the Qin Dynasty, the People's Government of Xuzhou City built the Xima Terrace according to the official architectural style of the Qing Dynasty. The structure of Xima Terrace is rigorous, the layout is symmetrical, and it is well-arranged, solemn and majestic. The front area consists of two groups of magnificent ancient royal architectural complexes, which display the tragic life of the King of Western Chu with rich materials; the back area is built according to the mountain, designed as a hundred-meter-long corridor, and the corridor is engraved with ancient and modern calligraphy masters' handwriting with poems and lyrics praising the terrace. The scenic area is full of famous trees and exotic flowers, and there are also many scenic spots such as the Ding of the Overlord's Ambition, Chongjiu Terrace, Wuzhuo Trough, Xima Stake, Xiangwang Arsenal, Renjie Ghost Hero Stone, etc., which make the Xima Terrace scenic area well-arranged and spectacular.
