Sungai Udang Jetty (GPS: 5.81371, 100.37005) is a fishermen jetty in Yan, Kedah. It is located along Jalan Kampung Sungai Udang, at the mouth of Sungai Udang. The area is where local fishermen bring in their catch. The jetty is just a short distance from the Sungai Udang Village Mosque. Very beautiful beach, quite clean and very calm. Went here very early in the morning with no people around. Walk to the right of the beach where you will reach sandy beach with small jetty and there is this small British Bunker hidden between the beach. Nice place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Accommodation is available with the usual shops for can-do dishes and toys plus clothes and fruits. Good for fishing and a gateway for islands across: Pulau Bidan and Pulau Telor. A few miles away on land, you can reach Pulau Sayak.
