Green stone trough by the seaside

The outflowing sand beach dike in Yuanli, Miaoli County, Taiwan, although not very large in area, features a whole stretch of fine sand, which is quite suitable for children to play when the tide recedes. Additionally, every spring, there is a section with rocks of various sizes covered with seaweed, resembling the green stone troughs of Laomei in the northeastern corner. Some people refer to it as the matcha green stone trough, which is very beautiful, especially in the evening paired with the sunset.
