Zhangjiajie Hiking Broken Leg Series 11.13

On the high-speed train departing, there was a feeling of going abroad, with the entire carriage full of foreigners. Arriving in Zhangjiajie, I felt even more like a foreigner~ I originally planned to travel off-peak but ended up encountering a large group of autumn tourists. Day 1️⃣ Enter East Gate at 8 AM — 🚌 Ten-Mile Gallery — 🚶 Tianzi Mountain (barely met anyone along the way) — Helong Park — 🚶 Tianzi Mountain Parking Lot — 🚌 Yangjiajie — Yangjiajie has three scenic routes (Note: all require backtracking, all are dead ends) — chose the Wulongzhai Tianbofu direction (beautiful scenery, few people! Highly recommended!) — 🚌 Yuanjiajie (main stop for major tour groups, too crowded, quickly escaped 🏃) — 🚶 Bailong Elevator upper station (originally wanted to walk down the mountain, but due to landslides and road closures, had to queue. So sad 🥹) — lower station 🚌 to East Gate exit, tickets bought in advance for 7:40 PM to watch "Once Upon a Time" show. (Taxi directly from East Gate to the scenic area) Note: Waiting time for buses at Yuanjiajie and Yangjiajie is about half an hour. Only two Bailong Elevators are operating. Started queuing at 4 PM at the Bailong Elevator upper station and waited 2 hours to get on. Notices say that until the 20th, one elevator is under daily maintenance and only two are running. Pay attention to time arrangements ⚠️ Day 2️⃣ Enter South Gate at 10:40 AM — Big Oxygen Bar Square — 🚶 Huangshizhai — 🚶 Huangshizhai Summit ⛰️ Loop — 🚡 Huangshizhai lower station — 🚌 Big Oxygen Bar Square — 🚶 Jinbian Stream — 🚶 Water Surrounding Four Gates — 🚌 Exit East Gate The first two days were over 30,000 steps (the first day climbed Tianmen Mountain). Today I lowered the intensity but still reached 30,000 steps. The scenery is beautiful, monkeys are many, and people are very friendly ❤️ Memories from 11 years ago are still there.
