Relax at HK Airport's Lounge 🇭🇰
#timetotravel
This is Plaza Premium Lounge in Hongkong Airport, It is near Gate 1 and it is quite a long walk if you are from the other side of the airport. It is like it is hidden. But anyway. we had a 6 hour lay over in HK and so we opted to purchase an access to the lounge from trip.com app. I think we only paid 198 rmb per person for 4 hours. With your access, you are not free to eat all you can and drink all you can. ! Enjoy your layover while getting your tummy full.

Cathay Pacific Business Class HKG-SIN
My journey in Cathay Pacific's business class from Hong Kong to Singapore was an experience to remember. The spacious reverse herringbone seat welcomed me with a comfortable embrace, providing ample room to stretch out and relax. The design not only exuded modernity but also ensured a sense of privacy, which I greatly appreciated.
What truly set this flight apart was the warm Asian hospitality that permeated every aspect of the journey. The attentive crew went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, creating an atmosphere that was both welcoming and soothing. This connection to their cultural roots added a special touch to the entire experience.
The culinary journey was a highlight in itself. The delectable food offerings brought back memories of my holiday in Hong Kong, transporting me to the vibrant streets and bustling markets. The flavors were rich, authentic, and a true celebration of Asian cuisine.
The seats were thoughtfully designed, with sufficient width and the ability to fully recline into a flat bed. This allowed me to enjoy a restful nap and arrive in Singapore feeling rejuvenated and ready to explore.
Overall, Cathay Pacific's business class showcased a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and warm hospitality. From the spacious and well-designed seating to the delicious food that captured the essence of Hong Kong, every detail was meticulously crafted to provide a truly exceptional journey. This flight will always stand out as a testament to the airline's commitment to providing an unforgettable travel experience.

HK to Hanoi via HK Express✈️
We recently flew to Hanoi, Vietnam via the airline HK Express for the first time, I must day the flight time from HK was on time and the gate wasn’t far away as well which was good. The airline crew and captain were also very friendly, the whole take off and landing was smooth, views from the window of Hanoi City were beautiful. I could see the city and fields from the sky and took some photos, will definitely take HK Express again👍

This is always happiest moment when you upgraded in Business class from Economy as a complementary. I got the opportunity from Hong Kong to Dhaka flight and enjoying the on board services. Crew was so care able, appetizers was good & main meal was so tasty.
It was full flat bed seat , comfortably slept my entire journey. Wish to travel again with Cathay Pacific in longer destination.

Hong Kong International Airport
Hong Kong International Airport has two terminals. However Terminal 2 is now closed for renovations and will be functioned in 2024. Terminal 1 is for all international flights. The terminal is big and has a total of 90 boarding gates. Because of the size and distance, the airport offers a train for certain gates. As an international airport, this airport is always busy day and night.

When we arrived in Hong Kong International Airport in June it was required to do a 10 day quarantine in a quarantine hotel and if you test yourself every day you only have to do 7 days. We got lucky and managed to get out after 7 days. This airport was super organised and everything was going as planned. Everything was clear and i knew exactl where to go #tripblazers

United Airline Flight Experience
i took a morning flight on board the United Airline to Hong Kong. The aircraft was a Boeing 777. The aircraft seems to be very crowded. Most of the passengers were Americans, as the aircraft will transit in Hong Kong before flying to America. Unlike other aircraft their business class seat is facing inwards towards the economy class passengers. This seems to be special for me, as I remember all the flights that I have taken, all the seat direction is one way and not two ways. The seat arrangement seems to be like our Singapore bus seat where one section will have face to face seat.

This is a Royal Silk business class experience trip from Bali to Hong Kong via Bangkok… because now Hong Kong has a 0+3 policy I want to meet some of my friends at Hong Kong.
At Denpasar Bali airport, the counter inquire to provide a negative certificate of Covid…. I have not that I need to have at Bangkok…. From Bali to Bangkok is a B777-300ER Flight…. And the seats could lie down…. I really likes the inflight dining of Thai…. that they provide 4 cuisine in 4 times …. And the cabin crew are very friendly…..
I am transfer at Bangkok… the Royal silk lounge also awesome…. but two many people there at morning time…. And now the massage lounge has not opened…. a little sad….
The flight from Bangkok to Hong Kong also a B777-300ER flight with same seat of last flight…. And would not provide alcohol drinks in flight in morning flight…. Because of short flight time they provide all cuisine in one plate but also with high quality…..
As an inclusion, Thai Airways is the best airlines that would not save cost in dining ….. and provide high quality Royal service…..

Experience the Wonder Arriving at Hong Kong
Hong Kong International Airport is one of the best I've been to in my lifetime! It is renowned globally and is considered as one of the world's busiest airports for cargo shipments and one of the busiest too for passenger and commercial traffic. Isn't that amazing? Do check out the beautiful architecture too!
It is a very significant hub in the Asia region as it serves and connects major cities/hubs with the rest of the world. It is also home to one of the world's largest airport terminal buildings.
The Hong Kong International Airport serves passenger and cargo flights and also serves as the main hub for Cathay Pacific, Cathay Dragon, and many more Hong Kong-based airlines.

Hong Kong International Airport
Hong Kong International Airport is built on the island of Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong. It is Hong Kong's main airport, also called Chek Lap Kok Airport or Chek Lap Kok International Airport, so, it’ll not be confused with predecessor, the former and well known all over the world - Kai Tak International Airport.
The Airport code is HKG
ICAO code: VHHH
The Airport is connected by road bridge and subway, which makes it very convenient for travelers getting to the airport from the city and from the airport to the city.
A lot of shopping stores, food counters, world class lounge, duty free shops for travellers to spend their waiting time.

Cathay Pacific 777 First Class Experience
Two years ago, I took my family to Europe for a year-end vacation and the round trip was booked using China Airline points, if I remember correctly, I redeemed 330,000 points for three person, and paid around HK$1,000 in taxes and fees.
Let's start from the airport lounge, there are four types of lounges at the HKG for Cathay pacific, and I tried the Pier and the Wing for first class.
They are absolutely stunning and make me feel nice and quiet, the dining room is designed as a typical restaurant and the food selection is fantastic, everything looks well and tastes delicious.
Back to the flight, it's a 777-300ER from Hong Kong to Paris.
I was the only passenger in the first cabin that day, the first class does not offer fully enclosed suites like Singapore Airline but still very private, the seat is spacious and comfortable.
After sitting down, I was offered the drink and I chose Krug 2004 which was highly recommended by the frequent flyers, one of the most expensive champagnes you could order on flights.
For the meal, it starts with the caviar which is tasty and well presented and many options for the dinner, to name a few, Chicken salad, cooked fish, roasted steak and a list of Chinese menus.
The lavatory was always in pristine condition every time I used, and of course, there was only me that day.🤣
I got nearly seven hours of sleep, and the captain announced that we would be landing shortly at the Paris airport.
This is an amazing 15 hours flight, and this may have been my favorite timed flight from Asia to Europe ever. I enjoyed several meals, sleep for plenty of hours, and ready for our family travel for the next two weeks. Great memory and Highly recommended to anyone who wants to have a unique flight experience.

Hong Kong Airport Check-in Guide | An airport that can be treated as an attraction
Who would have thought, after a few years, the departure hall of Hong Kong International Airport has become so enjoyable with great food, shopping, and fun!
There are various flagship stores, sky corridors, observation decks, sky gardens, sky bars, Michelin-starred cuisine, and so much entertainment that you can directly compile a check-in guide⬇️
👉 Buy some souvenirs
1️⃣ Caviar House & Prunier: Top-quality French caviar
2️⃣ Cookie Quartet: Both the butter cookies and butterfly pastries are very good
3️⃣ Fortnum & Mason: A British royal grocery store, with English tea and cookies that are perfect for gifts
4️⃣ Tea WG Boutique: The macarons seem to be more special than the tea
5️⃣ Peninsula Boutique: Seasonal pastries are fabulous
6️⃣ Huang Yue: Right next to Kee Wah Bakery, you can shop at both places together
7️⃣ Sweet Dreams by Heinemann: A candy store that both adults and kids love, and it's also a great place for taking photos
👉 Look for opportunities to snag big brands
Chanel, Hermès, and LV have all recently opened new two-story flagship stores that are both beautiful and fun to explore.
👉 You can also check in for Michelin-starred food at the airport
1️⃣ The Tasting Room: A Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant, although the dishes are slightly different from those in the city, it's still a good way to economically enjoy Michelin-starred food.
2️⃣ Su Zhe Hui: An independent Shanghai cuisine restaurant, but as a native of the Magic City, maybe hold off on this one for now.
3️⃣ Putien: A Michelin-starred restaurant from Singapore, with dishes that are different from our Putien in Shanghai, and it offers great value for an airport restaurant.
4️⃣ Tasty Congee & Noodle Wantun Shop: A variety of honorable Hong Kong-style noodles, congee, and dim sum!
5️⃣ BEEF & LIBERTY: If you didn't manage to enjoy that juicy cheeseburger in the city, the airport is your last chance.
6️⃣ Mango Tree: A very popular Thai restaurant with authentic flavors, and most importantly, the prices are very reasonable.
7️⃣ Gordon Ramsay Plane Food To Go: The Hell's Kitchen chef with 17 Michelin stars, all three of his restaurants have withdrawn from the Hong Kong city area, but unexpectedly, you can enjoy it at the airport! A super-sized breakfast set, full of ceremonial sense💯
8️⃣ Yung Kee: A Michelin-starred roast goose restaurant, where you can GET a single-serving set meal at the airport, which is quite impressive.

🇭🇰 ✈️ Move Beyond – Cathay Pacific
A short 4 hours flight can transport you from Singapore Terminal 4 to Hong Kong International airport. If you are like me who prefer a red-eye flight then you can take the 1.25am flight and arrival at Hong Kong before 6am. A great way to start your day at the dim sum places and have a foot massage before checking in. It is a quiet flight because most of the passengers will be resting and a light snack will be served during the flight. I can sleep during the flight so I will choose a red-eye flight whenever they are available. Also, there is no time difference between Singapore ad Hong Kong so there is no need to get adjusted to time zone differences. You can check in online on Cathay Pacific website and proceed to Changi Airport Terminal 4 to self-drop you luggage and print out your boarding pass. I also do the same way when I am at Hong Kong International Airport on my way home. It saves a lot of time and there are no queues.

Embark on a world of endless fascination with journeys from Hong Kong International Airport
❤ Hong Kong International Airport, the transit airport for my trip to Japan, is also my first time flying from Hong Kong. Compared to the land entry into Hong Kong over a decade ago, this experience is quite interesting. I got to see a different side of Hong Kong and personally witnessed its charm as an economic transit hub.
🌟 The landing time in Hong Kong was close to midnight. The airport at night, apart from the closed shops, was bustling with people. I admire its large passenger throughput. Since I needed to catch a connecting flight, I spent the night at the airport, which also gave me a good opportunity to take a closer look at Hong Kong International Airport.
👍 You wouldn't know until you see it, but there are hundreds of boarding gates at the airport, which is a multiple of the number at the domestic capital's airport. It's truly impressive. Walking and observing along the way, Hong Kong, as an economic transit center in Asia, stands out in every aspect. There are art pieces everywhere, which are great for overnight travelers or those on night flights to pass the time.
❤ Inside the airport, there are plenty of seats reserved for all passengers to rest a bit during transit or while waiting for their flights. Interactive amusement facilities with various themes are also strategically placed throughout the airport, going beyond just the basic functions of an airport. In the atrium's dining area, there are also many shops open, offering everything from Hong Kong delicacies to world-class cuisine, which can fully satisfy travelers' taste buds at reasonable prices.
✅ The slogan 'Fly Beyond Limits, Create the Future Together' is displayed on the exhibition boards at Hong Kong International Airport. The vision of the century-old airport is to become the most environmentally friendly airport, the most reassuring and comfortable airport for travelers, and to become a legendary airport under the sky.
