KKTOur family of 8, including four seniors, absolutely loved this hotel. It's within walking distance to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and the Museum of the Nanyue King, with Dim Sum restaurants and a McDonald's right next door. The hotel is very new and clean, with incredibly comfortable beds and excellent facilities (gym, laundry room, and smart AI assistant 'Xiao Nuo' in the rooms). They also thoughtfully provide a delicious and extensive breakfast from 7 am to 12 pm, with an unbeatable view of Canton Tower from the 41st floor while you eat. There's also an exquisite afternoon tea (2 pm-5 pm) and late-night supper (8 pm-12 am), featuring comforting congee and soy milk, plus a 24-hour coffee machine. In the evenings, it even has a bar-like ambiance – we loved it! We also adored the fragrant toiletries, especially the shampoo and conditioner, which left our hair feeling so soft. The front desk staff and cleaning ladies were all incredibly thoughtful, enthusiastic, and friendly, making us feel so happy and cared for ☺️❤️. On Christmas Eve, the day we checked in, the hotel even thoughtfully prepared a Christmas gift box for us ❤️🥳🎄. We really appreciate the hotel's 'light luxury' style, and how it perfectly caters to the needs of guests across all age groups – it's fantastic! ❤️ We've already recommended it to friends and relatives visiting Guangzhou next year 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

MMokka KA Surprising and Rejuvenating Journey I was immediately smitten with the Meihao Li Zhi Hotel upon my first stay. The experience was flawless! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was enveloped in a subtle fragrance that was calming and natural. The “fragrant” atmosphere permeated everything, from the public areas to the rooms. Even the toiletries had the same scent. It was an olfactory cure. The room facilities are fantastic. The smart voice control for lighting and curtains is incredibly convenient. The bedding on the 2-meter-wide bed is soft and skin-friendly. The bathroom, with its separation of wet and dry areas, features a smart toilet. The free laundry room and gym equipment are newly installed and fully equipped. All needs for business trips and travel are met. The environment is even more impressive, with a blend of Eastern aesthetics and modern luxury, featuring bamboo and wood elements that add a touch of tranquility and sophistication. The public areas are clean and well-organized, and the room’s soundproofing is excellent, allowing guests to feel completely at ease. The hygiene standards were impeccable, the floors were spotless, the bedding was pristine and odor-free, even the corners and drainpipes were clean and free of any nooks or crannies. Walking barefoot felt safe. The service was even more heartwarming; the customer service manager, Xiao Qiu, recommended nearby restaurants, responded to requests 24 hours a day, and showed great attention to detail. What was particularly fortunate was that, upon check-in, we received a complimentary gift from the hotel. Upon checking out, we discovered that some forgotten items had been carefully preserved. This unexpected joy made our journey even more fulfilling. From the facilities to the services, from hygiene to the ambiance, every aspect showcases thoughtful attention to detail. It’s definitely the top choice for future trips! A very lucky trip. I’ll come back next time and highly recommend it.

GGuest UserReview for Ibis Hotel: The Ibis Hotel in Dongguan is a hidden gem. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again for our future visits to Dongguan. We opted for the panoramic room, which offers a bit more space. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials. Considering the price you pay, the value is exceptional. The breakfast provided is not only delicious but also offers a wide variety of options at a very reasonable price. The reception staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We adore this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

This hotel was quite mediocre, and I stayed there for three days during the New Year's Day holiday. The hygiene was subpar; you could see old, yellowish stains in the corners of the shower. The hand towels were placed on the sink outside the bathroom, and the bath towels were even in the wardrobe near the window, far from the toilet, which was inconvenient. The showerhead couldn't be fixed in place, and the drainage was poor, so water would overflow into the bathroom during showers, leaving the entire toilet area wet. There was no full-length mirror. While the sink had a large mirror, it wasn't good for seeing your full body or even facial details, so those who need to do their makeup should really reconsider. The inner window offered no natural light, and the room lighting was very dim. There were too many switches, and because it was so dark, it took ages to figure out which switch was for what. The air conditioning was very ineffective. Guangzhou had a cold spell during my stay, and even with the AC on all night, it was still chilly. The laundry room was even worse; the dryer simply didn't dry clothes. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive either, and the stir-fried noodles, rice, and vegetables, which should have been hot, were all cold. However, the cleaning staff were all very nice and proactively asked if I needed anything. The front desk staff's attitude was acceptable, and they responded quickly. The price was inflated during the New Year's Day period, but even the regular prices aren't low. Frankly, the facilities don't justify the price.

AAnonymous UserI visited with my two kids for a weekend. The lobby is on the 95th floor, and the service at the front desk and in the corridors was excellent, especially the concierge. My friend arrived earlier and was checking in upstairs. I pulled up to the hotel entrance with my younger child, and a polite young man from the concierge team immediately helped me with my luggage without me even having to get out of the car. My friend's family could then come down and head out for afternoon tea, which was incredibly convenient and efficient. I heard that the windows with a side view of Canton Tower are quite small, and since we were going to the 107th floor for drinks in the evening, I opted for a room with a large window facing IFC, where we enjoyed the sunset 🌅. Compared to my friend's family of three who stayed in a Rosewood Residence apartment suite, the apartment had a better view and, because the room was larger, offered a panoramic vista. However, apartment guests have breakfast on a different floor than hotel guests, though they can pay extra to eat the hotel breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was exquisite, but I do have to complain about the server that day. After we had already gotten our food, it took quite a while for her to bring us the menu to order dishes like eggs Benedict and waffles. And she served later-arriving guests before us. Since I was alone with two kids, I initially forgot about it, but by the time the menu came, the kids were already full and couldn't eat anything else from it. This was the only disappointing part of our stay. The breakfast server had a cold demeanor and wasn't very welcoming. I would have given full marks for service otherwise, but she definitely cost a point. Besides noodles and congee, there were also dumplings, which the kids loved. I personally thought their congee and noodles were particularly delicious – perhaps I drank a bit too much the night before 😄. The swimming pool was not crowded and had three separate areas. The service there was also very enthusiastic, and the children had a wonderful time. During check-in, the housekeeper on our floor was exceptionally thoughtful. She proactively brought extra towels, bathrobes, slippers, and toothbrushes, whereas at other hotels, you usually have to call to request these. She even asked if I needed anything else – a big thumbs up for her! Once the kids were asleep in the evening, my girlfriend and her husband and I enjoyed listening to music and having a few drinks and a chat on the 107th floor. This rare opportunity for drinks was precisely why we chose the Rosewood and why it's the perfect choice when traveling with kids 😄.

All your dining, drinking, and entertainment needs are covered. Well-Equipped Facilities, Thoughtful Details This is a loft-style guesthouse converted from an apartment, and the room facilities are comprehensive: - Basic amenities: Water heater, hairdryer, and water filter are all available. The integrated washer and dryer meet all laundry needs. - Daily convenience: There’s a private balcony for drying clothes, and the front desk provides ample bottled water daily. They also proactively ask about supply needs and deliver them promptly. Warm Service, Perfect Experience Although it was evening and unmanned when we checked in, the WeChat contact for the manager, which we had added in advance, proved crucial. The staff member responded quickly, personally guided us through check-in, and escorted us to our room. The reception staff were friendly and enthusiastic throughout, always ready to answer questions. When we needed to change room types due to family needs during our stay, the front desk sister went above and beyond to coordinate and efficiently resolve the issue. We could also quickly pick up supplies directly from the reception after our outings, making the service experience exceed our expectations. Summary This stay far exceeded our expectations! The excellent location, comprehensive facilities, and thoughtful service made our trip both comfortable and worry-free. I highly recommend this guesthouse for both family trips and friends traveling together!

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. We used the spa and sauna which was great. The gym was large with lots of equipment. Service was fast when we needed extra water or towels. Close to Jingshan mountain, short didi ride. Took the cable car up and slide down, it was fun! Would recommend this hotel.
