From the moment I stepped into the lobby, Annie's warm, spring-like smile and efficient, professional service instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the river view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. This stay far exceeded my expectations; Annie and her team's warmth made this place feel less like a hotel and more like a cozy sanctuary. Highly recommended – I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jiangmen!

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! I booked a king-sized room, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable—not too soft, not too firm. The bedding was clean and super soft, making it incredibly cozy to lie down and get a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, all tasting delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I was thoroughly satisfied with the meal. Overall, the environment was spotless, and the service was attentive. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

This hotel room was such a pleasant surprise! The overall space was bright and spacious, and the wooden floors paired with soft lighting made it feel clean and cozy. The king-sized bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the natural light by the window was fantastic, offering great city views. The ambiance was just perfect. The bathroom had a smart wet/dry separation and a well-thought-out layout with thoughtful details. It's suitable for both relaxation and work, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay with an excellent overall experience!

The room was exactly as it was in the images. It was cleaned everyday and very well. There is no weird smell and the hotel staff was available for support even at 2am in the night. Few things to know: 1) the building is accessible through a staircase only so one needs to carry their big bags over around 3 flight of stairs (2 floors). 2) the image of building exterior is not of glass facade as in the cover image but it’s a new property so feels premium. 3) kitchen is functioning but no kitchenware is provided so bring your own pans, plates, spoons and even dish washing liquid. Having said all this, we were extremely happy with our stay and will be booking this again when we visit Guangzhou.

MUJI HOTEL Shenzhen was a stay I truly enjoyed, so much so that I wished I could extend it. From the moment we walked along the corridor to our room, the calming and welcoming scent immediately set a serene tone. The bathroom experience was especially memorable; the toilet made me feel like I was in Japan, and the overall design was minimal, sleek, and incredibly calming to be in. The bed was slightly smaller than expected, but it was comfortable and clean. The high ceiling made the room feel even more spacious, and the complimentary amenities and tea bags were deeply appreciated. Loved the music CD player and it added beautifully to the overall atmosphere and mood of the room. The room was very clean overall, and both the front desk and housekeeping teams were helpful, attentive, and pleasant throughout the stay, which made the experience even better.

The hotel is clean, spacious, and bright, with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The facilities are convenient. The front desk staff and hotel manager were all incredibly warm, friendly, and professional, as was the room service – everything was impeccable. We had a very comfortable stay during our trip. The room had good soundproofing, and the staff were enthusiastic and efficient, basically fulfilling every request. Most importantly, the room rates were affordable, and parking was free. We were very satisfied! It's also conveniently located near the subway and airport for easy access.

I had an incredibly satisfying and enjoyable vacation at Hotel L! 🥹 First off, being able to store my luggage before check-in was a huge plus, allowing me to start my trip hassle-free. The welcome gift, though not extravagant, included an eye mask, small snacks, and earplugs, which were super useful during my stay and even came in handy while traveling by train! The location is absolutely unbeatable!!! It's right in front of Gongbei Port, making trips to and from Macau incredibly convenient. Plus, when I had to catch a train from Zhuhai Station in the morning, its proximity meant I was never rushed. Having a convenience store on the first floor was also a bonus. And when taking a taxi, simply saying ”Hotel L” was enough – drivers always knew exactly where to go, which was incredibly stress-free. The view of Gongbei Port and Macau from my room was stunning! A special shout-out to Panda Chen, the hotel staff member I communicated with via WeChat 🥹. She was incredibly kind, patiently answering all my questions and providing assistance, which made my entire trip so much more pleasant. I highly recommend Hotel L in Macau; it left me with truly wonderful memories. 💛

My bestie and I took a short trip to Shenzhen and stumbled upon this amazing apartment – definitely five stars! The location is truly unbeatable, with the subway right downstairs connecting you everywhere, and all the amenities you could need nearby. We walked to One Avenue and spent the day hitting up trendy dessert spots and popular snack stalls with my friend, eating our fill. We even squeezed in a trip to Shenzhen Bay Park for some gorgeous photos by the sea – super picturesque. It was an easy subway ride to Dongmen Old Street, which had a great vibe for shopping and finding unique treasures. In the evening, the Civic Center offered stunning night views, and after dinner, we enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing stroll through Lianhua Mountain Park. The front desk service was incredibly gentle and attentive; they personally escorted us to our room and patiently explained how to use the air conditioning and projector, creating a perfectly relaxed atmosphere. The sixth-floor sky garden at the apartment, surrounded by lush greenery, was perfect for photos and chatting. Plus, takeout deliveries come right to your door, which is super convenient for a lazy trip. The room came equipped with a fridge and washing machine, was spacious and clean, and had complete facilities. It was so comfortable and relaxing staying here with my friend. We'll definitely be back!
