We arrived at the hotel at 8am and were so lucky to be able to check in to our room. The hotel lobby was on the third floor, and it wasn’t very intuitive to locate. We booked the room with river view and it was facing the main road. I thought it would be very noisy as ear plugs provided in the room, however, it wasn’t that noisy and we could sleep through. Room was clean and water pressure/heater was good! Afternoon tea is provided if you are in your room in the afternoon. Otherwise you could opt for lattes in the morning before you set out to explore. The staff there were very service-orientated and accommodating. We were running late from our location and had already checked out with our luggage. They were so kind to bring the luggage down to the main room so we can continue to journey to the airport. It’s walking/cycling distance to九眼桥 and eateries. Good location! Will definitely come back when visiting Chengdu!

The hotel's location is super convenient, with a supermarket and bus stop right downstairs. It's really handy. The front desk has lots of cute dolls for sale, and they're quite affordable. The service is also excellent.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the bustling snack street and directly faces the Min River, offering an amazing view, especially for enjoying the river at night. Definitely try to get a higher floor. The price isn't expensive either, highly recommended!

I have stayed at Hyatt Place Nanchong nearly 10 times, so I will write an objective review. Geographical location: It is backed by Wanda Plaza, which is convenient for eating and drinking, and is friendly to business travelers. It costs 15 yuan to take a taxi from Nanchong Station. If you tell the driver that you are in a hurry, there will be a ”surprise”. Hardware facilities: It is one of the best in Nanchong. After all, it is supported by international brands. The hardware settings are more suitable for user needs. High-speed hair drying, hot water heating speed, shower water volume, comfortable slippers, and iced minnibar cola are more important to me. Price: Sometimes the single breakfast price is less than 400. Stay at Hyatt Place, what do you want a bicycle. Room selection: I have stayed in river view and city view, and I recommend city view. The river view is beautiful, overlooking half of the city, but the window is open for a long time, and small mosquitoes will naturally attack. The noise of the dam dance in the riverside square is also relatively loud, which lasts until about 21 o'clock. The city view is relatively quiet. Service: The overall service is in line with expectations. When you take a taxi to the hotel entrance, there will be a concierge colleague to open the car door. Surprise point: Breakfast, the best word for Nanchong Hotel can be given to Hyatt Place, which has a rich variety and adjusts the dishes from time to time. The variety is so wide that it is close to the level of brunch. You must try their red oil fermented bean curd, which is perfect with fried rice and vegetables. Thank you for providing me with a comfortable business trip hotel experience, and I will continue to visit more in the future.

Facilities: Not as old as some online reviews claim; it even has smart toilets and other modern amenities. Hygiene: Daily cleaning. The bathtub, vanity, carpets, and everything else were spotless, free of hair or grime. There are also a buffet restaurant, a bar, and a Western restaurant, each with its unique charm. Environment: Located near Tianfu Square, right in the city center. It's about 1.5km from various city attractions, easily walkable. The night views are beautiful. Service: Still the classic Ritz-Carlton service – attentive and meticulous. The turndown service was very detailed, and staff proactively asked about our stay experience and dining preferences. Daily Double Ritz-Carlton Executive Lounge Benefits: Five meals a day – breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, evening snacks, and desserts. The dishes all incorporate local Chengdu flavors. In summary, this 'Chestnut' (Ritz-Carlton) is not as bad as some online reviews suggest. Its service and location are still top-notch, making it one of Chengdu's premier luxury hotels and well worth the price.

The hotel is very centrally located, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The building and interiors are beautiful, with a stylish and well-thought-out design. While some areas feel slightly worn, everything is still in good condition and well maintained. The service was excellent: all the staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was also very clean, which we really appreciated. As a pleasant surprise, we were given a complimentary room upgrade to a very beautiful room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel in Chengdu. What truly made the experience special was the staff as they were incredibly warm, attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We communicated daily via WeChat, which made everything so easy and convenient. The room is also so beautiful with a bath overlooking the city! The complimentary coffee was such a lovely touch and made the stay feel even more welcoming. It really felt like the staff genuinely cared about our comfort and experience, not just as a guest but as people. I would absolutely recommend Louis Hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu and would happily stay here again. The service alone makes it worth it!

The room was spotless, and the toiletries were a thoughtful touch, featuring a niche aromatherapy brand. Everything was well-appointed. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The service truly stood out; our butler provided attentive and considerate service throughout our stay. We had a beautiful view of Siguniang Mountain's Yaomei Peak, and both the sunrise over the golden peaks and the falling snow were stunning sights.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! Right when I checked in, a staff member helped me with my luggage and even offered me a bottle of water. The room was spotless and well-maintained. On the 29th floor, there's a gym and a laundry room, which are both fully equipped. What I found particularly thoughtful was that if I went out in the morning, my laundry would be washed and returned to me by evening. The breakfast spread was also excellent, a great mix of Western and Chinese options, and the fruit was super fresh. I especially enjoyed the Dan Dan noodles – they were truly delicious. When I checked out, they even gave me two small panda souvenirs as a gift. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu.

Would recommend to anyone staying in Jiuzhaigou. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Communication was excellent, with lightning-fast responses via a shared WeChat group, making it easy to ask questions or request help at any time. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, truly going above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They offered pick-up and drop-off services, assisted us with planning, and helped book our visits to Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong National Parks. We honestly can’t thank them enough for their care and attention. The hotel is located near the entrance area of Jiuzhaigou (about 1.5 hours from Huanglong Jiuzhai Station) and just a few minutes’ drive from the national park entrance. While it’s not in the main town center with restaurants, the staff were extremely accommodating and happily drove us to nearby towns for dining. Overall, an exceptional stay with outstanding service.
