Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. Facilities: Very well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared. Environment: Loved the room with a balcony! The 14th-floor view was fantastic, and I even saw the sunrise during breakfast. Service: Attentive and with a great attitude.

I stayed for 4 days and overall, I was very satisfied. The room was clean, the hotel isn't far from the subway station, and it's quiet at night. The lady at the front desk was very kind; she recommended some places to visit and even upgraded my room for free. Plus, the panda plushies sold at the hotel are a great deal, much cheaper than in stores, and you don't have to worry about fakes. I was so happy to take a big flowery one home! The only downside was that the elevator was out of order for 2 days. Living on the 8th floor, it was really tiring having to carry all my bags upstairs. When I checked out, the front desk lady gave me a panda headband, which was a small comfort. I'd also like to offer some feedback: the washing machine hours from 9 AM to 9 PM are very inconvenient. As a solo traveler, I'm usually out before 9 AM and don't get back to the hotel until after 9 PM. Waiting for laundry to finish washing and drying in the morning would make me very late for my plans, so it's a real dilemma.

The hotel is really well located. right by the river and within walking distance of the entrance to The Giant Buddha. The room is ok, quite large with a view of the river, but everything is a bit worn. The staff is not very welcoming and it is a shame because it would have made the experience much better.

I have stayed at Hyatt Place Nanchong nearly 10 times, so I will write an objective review. Geographical location: It is backed by Wanda Plaza, which is convenient for eating and drinking, and is friendly to business travelers. It costs 15 yuan to take a taxi from Nanchong Station. If you tell the driver that you are in a hurry, there will be a ”surprise”. Hardware facilities: It is one of the best in Nanchong. After all, it is supported by international brands. The hardware settings are more suitable for user needs. High-speed hair drying, hot water heating speed, shower water volume, comfortable slippers, and iced minnibar cola are more important to me. Price: Sometimes the single breakfast price is less than 400. Stay at Hyatt Place, what do you want a bicycle. Room selection: I have stayed in river view and city view, and I recommend city view. The river view is beautiful, overlooking half of the city, but the window is open for a long time, and small mosquitoes will naturally attack. The noise of the dam dance in the riverside square is also relatively loud, which lasts until about 21 o'clock. The city view is relatively quiet. Service: The overall service is in line with expectations. When you take a taxi to the hotel entrance, there will be a concierge colleague to open the car door. Now many five-star hotels have ignored this step. In addition, Xiao Zhou, a colleague at the front desk, patiently helped me use Tianfutong to handle the matter when I forgot to bring my ID card. Then there was no network, and he patiently waited for me to use my ID card photo. He smiled throughout the process without any impatience. Thank you for making me like Hyatt Place even better. Surprise point: Breakfast, the best word for Nanchong Hotel can be given to Hyatt Place, which has a rich variety and adjusts the dishes from time to time. The variety is so wide that it is close to the level of brunch. You must try their red oil fermented bean curd, which is perfect with fried rice and vegetables. Thank you for providing me with a comfortable business trip hotel experience, and I will continue to visit more in the future.

Service: Absolutely excellent! From helping with luggage upon arrival to check-in, room service, and restaurant service, everything was very thoughtful. They even provided fruit and Chengdu snacks, and fresh flowers were placed in the room. The location is in the old city, but the hotel entrance isn't very prominent. Facilities: The hotel seems to be a bit old; the facilities, floor in the room, and baseboards all have cracks! The showerhead's faucet quality is also very poor, and the bathtub drains extremely slowly. I've stayed at many Ritz-Carlton hotels in different places, and while some are older, their maintenance and materials truly live up to a five-star standard. This Chengdu location's maintenance is really just average. Hygene: Generally acceptable, but the corners and shower curtains were starting to blacken. The smart toilet, however, was quite responsive, which was a plus! Breakfast: The variety was decent, but it wasn't particularly refined; the ingredients seemed to be on the cheaper side. Environment: This was the most disappointing aspect. The entire living room faces residential buildings from R&F Properties, and half of the bedroom also faces these apartments. We had to keep the curtains drawn all day. For a room costing over 8,000 for three nights, this is unacceptable. This alone means I will not be staying at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu again! The experience was just too poor!

I'll like to mention that the hotel is very clean. Came during the winter and the heater was working perfectly. Location wise it is about 800 to the nearest train station but you can consider just taking a cab(didi) or bicycle. There is even a cute cat outside the hotel (does not belong to the hotel). Reception responded quickly via wechat. Had a really good sleep in the hotel. Recommend.

This hotel has a modern touch and the bath tub is amazing after a long day of strolling and shopping at Chengdu! They also provide FREE laundry services (except for undergarments). They also changed the towels daily! Not to mention the toilet had a bidet and a warm toilet seat (a plus point in this cold weather). The neighbourhood is safe and there’s shops and eateries nearby as well.

The service was excellent. The hotel is very beautiful, and all the staff provided outstanding service. They always asked about our needs and were ready to help with everything. I really wanted to stay for two more nights, but we had to move on to another place. I loved it so much. I have to rave about this hotel! The facilities are incredibly comprehensive and modern, absolutely perfect for a business traveler like me. The free laundry room is a lifesaver; I can wash and dry my clothes right away and wear them, no more accumulating dirty laundry to take home. The gym has plenty of equipment, and a half-hour workout in the morning leaves me feeling refreshed. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, with hot dishes, bread, and fruit – I always leave feeling full and satisfied. The value for money is amazing, I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Hands down the best stay ever 🙌 Location: You’ll be the first to alight from the shuttle bus from jiuzhai station to the park, though it means that its the furthest from the jiuzhaigou, staff here are so nice to provide free shuttle service to fetch u to jiuzhaigou and back (and literally everywhere else around the area) Service: amazing people with amazing service!! They will provide you with all the information that you need before entering the jiuzhaigou to make sure u have the best experience visiting - sharing session to help u navigate in the park, where to eat, free shuttle to and back from the scenic park, help to plan which shuttle bus to take and what time u should leave the park given your high speed rail timing. We were literally treated like babies. Amenities and interior: look exactly like the photos, modern, clean, comfortable and with great view!! From great water pressure to comfortable bedding to underfloor heating, we wanted to skip visiting jiuzhaigou and just stay here forever. ps we werent asked to write this review but its too good, if u chance upon this, its ur sign to book :D 这绝对是我目前住过最棒的一次住宿！！🙌 位置：
