The facilities are superb. Rarely seen at this high altitude, the hotel is exceptionally clean and tidy. The rooms are warm and comfortable, with reliable oxygen, hot water, and heating. The bedding is soft, and toiletries are provided, ensuring a truly restful experience.
The service deserves special praise! The staff are warm and attentive, reminding you of altitude sickness precautions in advance, proactively helping with luggage, providing oxygen equipment, and always available when needed. They are incredibly attentive and considerate, like family.
Finding such a thoughtful hotel in such a place is such a delightful surprise! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mount Kailash – a perfect stay!

Absolutely loved this hotel! Besides its unique charm, the staff were genuinely wonderful. So warm, lovely, sincere, sweet, and professional! Tsering, Yuzhen, and Kelsang were all fantastic! There were other staff members whose names I didn't catch, but I'll make sure to get to know them all next time! I was so happy to stay here. The location is also perfect – super convenient for Barkhor Street, Jokhang Temple, taxis, deliveries, and takeout. Everything was just perfect!

Wingate by Wyndham is absolutely amazing! It's in a prime location, right next to a pedestrian street, and just a 5-minute walk to the Potala Palace, close to Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street. The hotel is very new, with a sophisticated and elegant decor that blends ******* elements. The rooms are spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with diffused oxygen supply and humidifiers throughout – a godsend for those worried about altitude sickness. The bathroom features a dry/wet separation and even a Dyson hairdryer, showing great attention to detail. The 6th-floor rooftop restaurant offers a prime viewing spot, and seeing the golden roof of the Potala Palace in the morning and evening is breathtaking. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming, offering Hada scarves and complimentary room upgrades. The breakfast is delicious. New facilities, excellent service, and an unbeatable location – definitely the top choice for accommodation in Lhasa!

This was my first time in Lhasa with three elderly family members. The hotel's facilities were quite complete, and although it's a bit older, it's well-maintained. The service was warm and friendly, and we were very satisfied with our stay. When we arrived, the staff at the entrance proactively helped us with our luggage. Yesterday, one of the seniors experienced some altitude sickness, and when we returned to the hotel, the front desk attendant kindly provided an oxygen tank, which effectively alleviated their symptoms. I was so busy looking after them that I forgot to take any pictures of the hotel.
This hotel deserves all the praise! The moment we stepped into the parking lot, we were greeted by that signature scent of a five-star hotel. As soon as we entered, the authentic ******* decor immediately immersed us in a wonderful atmosphere.
The front desk staff were incredibly efficient with check-in, and they even upgraded our room for free! While we waited, we sipped on rhodiola tea and enjoyed a welcome dance – it was an amazing experience.
The room design was thoughtful, the amenities were high-end, and every little detail exuded quality.
This is the first hidden gem of a hotel that has made us fall in love with an entire city just because of our stay there!

It's close to Guo Street, making transportation very convenient. The only downside is that the oxygen supply wasn't as good as I expected; I woke up in the middle of the night with a headache.
1. The hotel facilities are superb, fully equipped and brand new, with a reasonable layout, clean and comfortable. A perfect stay experience, highly recommended!
2. I must commend the hotel facilities; the hardware is of high quality, all kinds of equipment are available, and they are very well maintained, making for a very comfortable stay.
3. The hotel's overall facilities are outstanding, the environment is elegant, the amenities are complete, and the details are well-attended. A very satisfactory stay experience.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, nestled right between Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace. You can walk to all the main attractions, making getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk service was wonderfully warm and welcoming. As soon as we arrived, they presented us with a Hada (a traditional ceremonial scarf) and offered hot towels and Rhodiola tea, which was very thoughtful and attentive. The staff proactively helped with our luggage and patiently explained how to use the in-room oxygen equipment. The hotel itself is clean and elegant, and our room was spacious and spotless. The excellent oxygen facilities really helped alleviate any altitude sickness, ensuring we slept soundly every night. The hotel even thoughtfully gifted us some local specialty snacks, showing their sincerity in every detail. Overall, the stay was exceptional. I highly recommend it for its environment, service, and value for money.

I was very satisfied with the hotel I saw on Xiaohongshu. The experience was 100 points. It was a very satisfying stay. The hotel is in a good location. The room is clean and sanitary. There are humidifiers and oxygen concentrators. The hotel decoration is grand. The combination of ******* and Chinese styles is very impressive. The lighting and ventilation are very good. The breakfast on the first floor is very rich. The sour soup rice noodles taste absolutely delicious. The staff is very enthusiastic and polite, especially Lulu at the front desk. Check-in is very professional and enthusiastic. Manager Fan of the travel agency on the first floor arranged a one-day tour of Yanghu Lake. The driver's skills are perfect and the arranged route is super awesome. It is a very cost-effective hotel. I strongly recommend it and will come again next time.

Wwanglefeng001First of all, I really want to praise the owner. He was incredibly dedicated and responsible, and we were deeply moved. We stayed for three days, and on the last day we were going to do the pilgrimage around Mount Kailash.
We overestimated ourselves, thinking we could finish the pilgrimage in one day. However, we didn't reach Zhire Monastery until 6:00 PM. Then, at noon, we contacted the owner to say we couldn't come down that day and asked if he could pack our things, cancel our reservation, and let us stay there after we finished the pilgrimage. I was amazed by the owner's generosity. He said it was no problem, it's the off-season, and he understood we couldn't finish the pilgrimage in one day, so he reserved the room for us. I was truly touched. However, due to our physical condition, we eventually had to call a rescue vehicle to come down; there was no way to rest on the mountain.
This hotel is very clean and hygienic. The bathrooms have separate shower and toilet areas, which was very satisfying for us, as we are from the south. Oxygen cylinders are also available for rent in the hotel lobby. The parking lot is also very convenient. Our travel companions stayed at other hotels, but we ended up staying here because the cleanliness was excellent, the toiletries were comprehensive, the hairdryer was very good, and there was underfloor heating and an oxygen machine.
I still wouldn't recommend staying in those teahouse-style accommodations.
GGuest UserThe environment of the homestay in the villa area is very good, good parking, there are charging piles nearby, sleep quietly at night, there is a rest area in the lobby, reading area, drinking tea area, the room is very clean, and the same oxygen generator as the Tibet Museum infirmary, the boss is very enthusiastic, very recommended
HhohotimVery satisfied with everything, the best is the customer service, always answer all questions.
Buy an oxygen tube for RMB 10/piece, and you can arrange an oxygen machine at the lobby bar to provide free oxygen.
There were sanitary defects, cigarette butts were found, we don't smoke as a family, but it was acceptable, the sprinkler pipe leaked, and the water pressure increased after cleaning.
Everything was cured by the warm customer service.

GGuest UserThe hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Rooms feature a 24-hour oxygen supply, with quiet wall-mounted diffusers or nasal cannulas available, and the system is virtually silent. The rooms themselves are clean, featuring smart toilets and automatic curtains. There's a self-service laundry room equipped with dryers. The hotel has a large parking lot and its location is convenient for transportation. Additionally, there's a viewing deck with a great view of the Potala Palace. Our butler, Zaxi, was outstanding, incredibly thoughtful, and responsive to our every need. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

GGuest UserFacilities: OK, something with plugged-in warm beds
Hygiene: OK, for a quadruple room. I heard from friends that the eight-person room is a bit general, squatting toilet, disposable supplies
Service: OK
Environment: OK, there are also food near the main road
