The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very clean and comfortable. Showing location for those who like to be a little far from the bullshit (25 minutes walking from the center of Puerto Viejo), and a step from the beach (literally located in the middle of vegetation and the sea) The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. Extensive kitchen very well equipped to be able to cook at any time. Integrated restaurant for anyone who wishes. Price/quality relationship unmixable. A beautiful, small hotel in the middle of the rainforest (one hears and sees brulls, birds and more), and only win a few steps away from a dreamy beach. To the next village with a few restaurants you can walk along the natural beach. Dreamfully!
The room was very clean and very well furnished and the team around Sebastian and Javier are very pre-eminent.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à la Shamana Ecolodge. Dès notre arrivée, Stéphane et Anna nous ont accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et beaucoup d’attention. L’endroit est tout simplement magique : niché en pleine jungle, au calme absolu, on s’y sent immédiatement en harmonie avec la nature.
Le studio dans lequel nous avons logé était un véritable cocon, propice au repos et à la déconnexion. Le petit déjeuner, délicieux et maison, était un vrai moment de plaisir chaque matin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine naturelle, une belle surprise au cœur de la jungle.
Enfin, nous avons reçu d’excellents conseils pour organiser la suite de notre voyage au Costa Rica. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés à tous ceux qui cherchent une expérience authentique et ressourçante.

GGuest UserThe staff was constantly cleaning and I liked that. I also appreciated that the room had a fan, AC and a humidifier given that housing can be prone to mold. The last time I visited Costa Rica I left with a terrible sinus infection so the extra effort was appreciated. The breakfast was good.
The rooms are simple but serve the sleeping needs. I didn’t use many of the other amenities cause I was there for only a night.

GGuest UserThe location is wonderful, close to the beach and the center, but not in a noisy place.
The rooms are large, but the terrace is covered with a roof, there is no open space with air and the windows upstairs are small, almost to the ceiling.
The staff is friendly, helpful and involved in solving problems.
But! In each room, something is either broken or not working and this quite interferes with your stay and wastes time.
If you update (especially the bath) it will be much better. The hotel itself is well located and the rooms are large, and the staff tries to make your stay enjoyable.
