The hot springs are quite large in Finland. It ends at 21 o'clock. You must remember to go early. We only checked in at 20:30 and couldn't make a good soak.
The hotel is very big and beautiful like a park, and there is a 60s labor at the door.
Just 10mins from the city centre by tram. I got a 1Day-pass so it was very convenient. The room is clean. There is 24h supermarket next to the hostel. Highly recommended.
The hotel service is excellent. The location is superb, offering convenient and fast transportation. It's incredibly close to the airport. The hotel breakfast is absolutely delicious. It was an unforgettable and memorable experience.
I was worried about whether I could get into the room, but I was able to contact them using WhatsApp, which I installed in Japan. The room had a refrigerator, a water heater, cups, forks, etc. It was a convenient location.
Transportation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
30 seconds walk at the entrance of the hotel, take the bus 600 directly to HEL Airport
Tram at the door, subway station M1/M2 90 seconds walk around Helsinki city
Function ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
LiDL supermarket downstairs, Kmarket next door
There is a communal kitchen on the second floor with everything (or you can cook in the superior suite)
Polling table, too many seats, seating area, office, reading, listening to music
Sauna (separated for men and women), laundry (washing machine in basement or superior suite)
They were very kind and accommodating even though I arrived late at night due to a flight delay.
Although it was a single room, it was spacious and clean, and I could see Helsinki Cathedral from my window.
This is a hotel I would like to stay at again.
The hotel is a bit dated but was spotlessly clean. It's conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal. Nearby attractions such as Senate Square, the Synagogue, and the historic market are all within a 10-15 minute stroll.
Our room had a comfortable bed, and we appreciated the complimentary sauna. The breakfast was outstanding – very generous and delicious, highly recommended.
A minor point for improvement was the check-in process: Upon arriving around 11:30 AM, we were informed that our room was ready, but only if we paid an extra €20 for early check-in. Otherwise, it would be available at 1 PM as part of our standard booking. Also, in July, the air conditioning in our attic room struggled to keep the room cool.

Room was big and spacious. Breakfast was great and the staff were polite whenever I meet them along the way to the lift or back to my room. I would like to suggest if a dual card can be provided so that the room can be kept alight when the card key is removed and bring out as sometime the room is too dark and the door closes too fast before I can slot in the card. This hotel is close to the Helsinki central station and most of the itenary such as Helsinki cathedral or some of the nicely decorated library.
Noli studios is a best place for tourists to stay with. The location was nice and the room is perfect. It located at Malmi station if you take train.
For this location, it was nice because it takes only 10-15 mins walking distance to reach two supermarkets nearby from Noli studio. Other than that, it took only 5-10 mins walking distance to reach the railway station from Noli studio. So, the location is perfect for those who wanted to stay.
Besides, Noli studio also very good for the people to stay with because there is a direct train can reach the airport, so you no need to worry abt it. It is very convenient for people to stay with Noli studio. Other than that, the railway station can actually reach the Helsinki which is the most popular destination from only 5 stations away from Malmi.
Overall it was nice, the room can cook and it is big enough for us to stay. People here are also quite nice when serving us.
They provide shuttles from/to airport. The room is big and nice breakfast. Nice and friendly staff.

Very Good
GGuest UserRooms look a bit tired, but they are quite big and comfortable, breakfast moderate, no fried egg, coffee not taste good, location within 10mins walk from train station with baggage
GGuest UserGreat location! It's very close to the train station, and all the shopping areas are within walking distance. The front desk service was excellent. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserGreat place for flight layovers. The buffet was great and 24*7 staff at reception in case flights are delayed etc. The rooms are nice clean and beds are comfortable.
AAzmann BScandic Simonkenttä Hotel is a very good choice for staying in Helsinki, especially for travelers who want a convenient and central location. The hotel is within walking distance from the main railway station, making it easy to get around the city, and it is located right in the city center, close to shopping areas and attractions.
The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, with a positive attitude and genuine smiles, which makes the stay more pleasant.
Breakfast is varied and interesting, with a good selection of food to start the day. However, it closes a bit early — breakfast ends at 10:00 AM, which may feel slightly rushed for guests who prefer a more relaxed morning.
The room is comfortable and warm, which is especially important during cold weather. Bathroom amenities are mostly complete, but toothbrushes and razors are not provided, which would be a nice addition for a hotel at this level. Aside from that, other amenities are well-prepared and sufficient.
Overall, Scandic Simonkenttä offers a comfortable stay, excellent location, and good service. With a few small improvements, especially regarding bathroom amenities and breakfast hours, it would be an even better experience.
VVinharound Travel Outlook⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay at Scandic Paasi – Clean, Stylish, and Comfortable
Our group of friends from Vietnam had a very pleasant stay at Scandic Paasi during our recent trip to Helsinki. Overall, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and offered very good quality for the price.
The rooms were modern, well-designed, and spotless. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and everything felt neat and thoughtfully arranged. After long days exploring the city, it was a great place to rest and recharge.
We also loved the hotel’s unique design and cozy atmosphere—it felt modern but still warm and welcoming. The common areas were spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for relaxing or chatting together as a group.
The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and key attractions in Helsinki. Breakfast was another highlight: good variety, fresh ingredients, and a nice Scandinavian touch that our group really enjoyed.
Overall, Scandic Paasi delivered exactly what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable, and high-quality hotel experience. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Helsinki.
OOrMaryVery nice and welcoming staff! Nice wait staff in the restaurant too. Nice little room. Would definitely come back! The wellness area was a bit pricey for an add on but really nice and chill when quiet! I just would have liked a staff member there to manage noise and groups as I wanted to go on my last night but it was very overcrowded with loud intimidating groups. The location was pretty good, out of the centre but very accessible by tram.
GGuest UserA decent choice if you’re coming for work or business. The hotel has a spacious common area with plenty of desks, meeting rooms, and sofas, which makes it easy to work or take calls. Other shared facilities include a kitchen, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi.
Breakfast is served at a café connected to their Noli 2 property, so if you book a room with breakfast you’ll need to walk there. It’s fine but not remarkable — limited options, and a bit disappointing since there’s a full restaurant on-site that serves meals later in the day. Not a big issue, but worth noting.
Room amenities are quite mixed. I stayed in two different studio rooms - both had some unexpected conveniences like full utensils, a washing machine, and an oven, but oddly no TV or couch. Service is also limited: check-in is self-service, and staff are only available during certain hours. It’s definitely a lower service level than most hotels I’ve stayed at elsewhere, though perhaps that’s typical for Finland or this price range.
Overall, it’s not a bad stay by any means. If you’re here for work and want a practical base in the area, it’s a solid option - just come with the right expectations.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the central train station and within walking distance to all the city's popular attractions. The room layout is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide range of dining options. The service and staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming! We especially enjoyed the hotel's restaurant, which was open until 10pm, allowing us to enjoy dinner at the end of a day of sightseeing, and the food was delicious. We ate in the restaurant three times during our three night stay at the hotel, as the food was really excellent and the very professional staff there, Carina, was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you Carina!
GGuest UserThe hostel is perfect for travelers in search of a fair accommodation at the heart of helsinki city centre. It’s quite strange though that receptionists and hostel staff are almost never present and the only appearances were the one of the cleaning maid. The result is that guests don’t really communicate or interact no matter the huge living room and sofas and the fact that they all have to share the kitchen amenities. What happens is that the level of tidiness and accountability for the usage of mugs, plates, cutlery depends on your luck and the guests who check in each and every day. By the last day we had partygoers stopping only for a night out and cans of pepsi and a bottle of vodka were left on the common table (not sure if it was a shy invite to indulge) while the sink and the dishwasher were crammed with badly rinsed stuff. It’s a pity cause the common showers, the toilets and the rooms were fairly clean, we simply expected the typical hostel experience where you manage to socialize a bit more thanks to the staff.
