El hotel está ubicado en un parque comercial, y aunque pertenece al término municipal de Viana (Navarra), está más cerca de Logroño. Al ser parque comercial se aparca perfectamente en la puerta. El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones también, disponen de una máquina de cafés e infusiones gratuita en la entrada. Entra el desayuno, y aunque no es de lo más abundantes en variedad de opciones, está bien. Lo peor es que en los pasillos de las plantas hay moqueta, y salvo el momento en que limpian por la mañana, que pasan la aspiradora y deben echar algún producto para el olor, cuando llegas por la noche a la habitación, según sales del ascensor el olor es muy desagradable. Pero creemos que es por la moqueta. En las habitaciones no hay moqueta, lo cuál se agradece. Las habitaciones disponen de una mininevera, lo cuál se agradece mucho.

Large and comfortable room. The king-size bed was huge. Good service. Good buffet breakfast, there was everything, including gluten-free options. The hotel is in an industrial park where there's not much else; you absolutely need a car to get to the city. The worst part of our stay was that there was a fairly large group of young men, always in the common areas, talking loudly and using their phones aloft. It was uncomfortable, and it was difficult to rest. We told them off, but they continued...

Facilities: The soundproofing of the room is slightly poor, and the sound of the TV next door is very obvious. Service: The service attitude is impeccable, and they will take the initiative to help guests park and pick up their cars.

LLongjobThe hotel is inside an adventure park and way off the beaten track - up a winding road. Fantastic location. Absolutely no sound of cars. Just 18 rooms, it really is a gem. Great staff who go out of their way to help you. Rooms are clean, reasonable size and comfortable bed. Full amenities. Great breakfast selection. Would benefit from fresh expresso machine. Unlimited walks across the hills and access to the adventure park.

GGuest UserI did not know what to expect, but it was an amazing experience. It was our first time in Pamplona . The location is nice, near a very beautiful garden , very bright studio, all equipped nicely. The decoration of our studio was super nice and modern. It's definitely a new address to keep, and if there is any opportunity, I will come back. The staff was just very helpful, useful, and kind. I highly appreciate it. Thanks

The rooms are lovely well appointed and comfortable.  The restaurant in the hotel is atmospheric with great Spanish food.  Breakfast is continental, but good quality.  The staff are lovely - helpful and friendly Near by free car parking 2 minutes away There is a great roof top terrace

GGuest UserVery comfortable room! Amazing location for Pamplona. Wasn’t planning on stopping but the city is worth a night or two. The room was smaller and the bathroom older, comfy and clean for a short stay. Ask for a queen but may get two singles pushed together, which isn’t the most comfortable.

GGuest UserVery central hotel. Does have parking but we parked just opposite the parking entrance in a quiet culture de sac 2 mins from hotel.. Room bright and clean. Lovely shower. No kettle or Enlish speaking TV but you can change language if you know how to! Will definitely go back.
