Everything was very good. We stayed one night; for more, a little more storage space would have been nice.
We drove around a bit to get there; the GPS didn't give us directions to the parking lot.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was very well served.
Very comfortable, very clean and chic top bathroom with available products , coffee and tea in the room with toilet hair dryer provided patches for the spa ....very very satisfied
The hotel is located in the suburbs of Troyes, very close to the A5 highway. The room is very small and the facilities are relatively simple. There is a private bathroom, but it is very small. Parking is free and there is no elevator. It is owned by Jinjiang Group.
Hotel well located, room correct bedding to be reviewed too dilapidated makes noise and not very pleasant for the back. No additional coverage depending on the season.
Price without discount too expensive for the service
Fortunately on the trip site. Com the room remains affordable at a fair value.
Very basic hotel with poor maintenance. The shutters are stuck, the lamppost is broken and should be removed. The decor is poor. The bed and bathroom are adequate. The breakfast is average. One night is enough, but the price is attractive.

In Petite France, despite being surrounded by tourists, the noise level was surprisingly low, making for a very comfortable stay.
Facilities: The hotel has four floors; the elevator takes you to the third floor, and staff helped with luggage to the fourth floor. Someone also offered assistance when checking out by phone. The room's decor shows signs of age, with some rotten wood, but efforts were made to preserve it. The view from the window was beautiful. There's a spa and facial service on the first floor. Each room has one hour of central shower and sauna time per day, but it's not separated for men and women; bringing a swimsuit is recommended.
Cleanliness: Showers and toilets are separate and very clean.
Environment: The interior is quiet and comfortable, and the surrounding architecture creates a sense of tranquility.
Service: Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff was very welcoming.
P.S. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but everything was delicious. Eggs are available, and coffee and tea are also included.
I stayed at the hotel during the Christmas period and the price was too high for what was offered. While the location was convenient, the overall experience didn’t match the cost.
I love visiting Colmar. I’ve been to this hotel before so I knew that it would be a great visit. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was generous and delicious. The weather was rainy so having a bit of central heating in the room was appreciated
I would give this hotel 1000/5.0!!! The best place I’ve stayed on this trip. The location is just right in front of the train station. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the room photos 😭😭 The room was big, clean, and beautifully decorated. I loved that the restroom and bathroom were separated and there was even a bathtub! The staff were really nice as well. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Colmar ✨🩵 My favourite hotel of the year!

Great
KKuku_TravelsThe hotel is nicely located in front of the main train station. Very convenient when I needed to leave by train in the early morning. Overall clean, spacious room, delicious breakfast and helpful staff.
DDadanThe room is large and clean. It is fully equipped, with kitchenware and a gas stove. It is on the 7th floor with a large terrace where you can dine outdoors and enjoy the view. It is located in the city center, with many attractions within a 15-minute walk and a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk. The landlord is very enthusiastic and picked us up on time. There is a garage. The only problem is that there are not many spare quilts.
GGuest UserThe hotel’s location is definitely its best feature — just about a 10-minute walk to Notre Dame and close to most major sights. Was it spotless? Not exactly. The towels smelled a bit damp, and you’ll need to pay extra if you want fresh ones for another night. Since it’s an apartment-style hotel, there’s no daily housekeeping either.
On the up side, the room had a handy little kitchenette with all the basic utensils, though I didn’t actually cook during my stay. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience, but it wasn’t terrible either. but hey, you get what you pay for. If you’re traveling on a budget and want something better than a hostel, this place does the job.
CChiuThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.
GGuest UserHad a change of plans and was not able to make this trip to Reims and therefore wanted to try cancel with Trip.com despite booking a non cancellable reservation. In the end, it was sadly not possible as the parties involved were unwilling to be accommodating so in the end I had to rearrange my schedule to avoid losing USD 200.
The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was friendly and welcoming. He suggested we use the entrance with the ramp to bring up our luggage instead of the more conspicuous swing doors.
The room was on 6F and was ok. For the price I was hoping for more space. There is a weird shelf ledge against the wall where the TV is that was spanning across multiple walls that was annoying and dangerous since it was set at around 1.5 meters high off the ground. I bumped my shoulder a few times so it really is a hazard and should be removed if it isn’t purposeful.
The room is otherwise furnished in a modern and simple way. Wooden floors and plain wall tiles make it look clean and well kept.
The LED lighting strips in the walls and ceiling are distracting and would be better to be removed. It’s hard to watch TV with the glare and reflections off the flatscreen.
Minimal amenities and breakfast not included. Shower pressure was not strong and so I took longer than usual.
All in all, I would imagine this to be 20-30% cheaper for what was on offer in terms of experience and furnishings.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location, cleanliness, and wonderful breakfast made us feel every moment how good a choice we had made. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, the pleasant atmosphere in the courtyard, the parquet flooring instead of carpet in the rooms, the delicious food, and the fact that it provided all the comfort and quality expected of a holiday, all made me choose the same hotel again. I hope you also leave the hotel feeling peaceful and happy like we did 💯

GGuest UserThe aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes.
Nice things:
- Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle.
- Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower.
Thing to call out:
- The curtains for the room dont fit the window, because our windows were slanted, the curtains couldn't fully black out the window. When inspecting the curtain lines and the curtain itself, you can tell 100% that the wrong curtain is used for the curtain lines because it wont fully use up the curtain lines when the curtains are drawn.
- The shower curtains are too long/loose for the showers in the bath room, when showering you can almost feel the shower curtains touching you all the time. I hope the shower curtains are actually clean; otherwise it'd be pretty disgusting to have them in contact with my skin.
- The air conditioning is not adjustable.
- Water kettle is oily, makes boiled water look disgusting. Likely due to misuse by a previous guest.
- Laundry is not free, requires 4/5 EUR per wash.
- Requesting for towels/exchanging towels also cost money.
NNadezdaThe room is really small, but for one night it is normal.
It is a pity that there are no nets on the windows. A window without glass, just a deaf creature, sleep with closed it is impossible, with open insects fly.
Very, very small shell.
Strange watches of the check-in stand for the hotel near the airport. But we had no problems getting the code in the machine.
We were on the car, so there were no search problems. The parking was open, all the seats were occupied, put the car on the lawn behind the building.
Main minus: There were smokers everywhere! The crowd at the entrance door, everyone smoked sitting at tables or standing near the entrance, had to walk through the smelly smoke. One man smoked on the second floor of their window. Awful smoke everywhere.
It would be better to make a separate place for smokers outside the hotel so that normal people do not have to breathe poisonous smoke.
There were very nice old posters on the wall in the room.
